Le produit reçu était pas de la bonne taille et le tissu synthétique et ne ressemblait pas du tout à la photo. Tu dois payer les frais de retour qui sont très cher et tu dois payer pour avoir un numéro de suivi de la poste pour confirmer l'arrivée de ton colis sinon pas de remboursement.
Ne faites pas affaire avec cette compagnie.

De levering is vlot, ze hebben geholpen met het kiezen van de juiste maat. Hier tevreden over.

Grootste nadeel is dat het ontvangen product anders is dan bestelde product.
Zojuist hier een mail over gestuurd. Hier nog in afwachting op reactie.

Mijn review kan wijzigen, afhankelijk hoe we dit gaan oplossen.

Without doubt the worst e-commerce company I have ever dealt with. I don’t even know where to start. Everything is horrible. Deliver, quality, packaging, sizes, returns process. You’d be better going outside and setting your money on fire.

Picked up some cargo trousers for a trip because I wanted something with decent pockets. They ended up being much smarter looking than I expected and didn’t have that oversized utility look. Comfortable on the flight useful while walking around and easy to wear again once I got home. Definitely one of the more practical things I’ve ordered lately.

Det var en forfærdelig oplevelse at handle hos Lumeure. De trak pengene med det samme - men jeg måtte vente en hel måned på leveringen.
Bukserne var af så dårlig kvalitet at man ikke kan ha dem på. De er fuldstændig gennemsigtige - hvilket man tydeligt kan se ens trusser igennem.
Jeg skrev og rykkede for dem omkring 10 gange. Hver gang fik jeg den samme besked “din pakke er på vej”.
Aldrig mere skal jeg handle det sted.
Dårlig kvalitet og en ALT FOR LANG leveringstid.

Pedí unos pantalones joggers que no tenían nada que ver con lo anunciado, ni la talla ni la tela ni se parecen al de la foto y encima me tengo que hacer cargo de los portes para devolverlos a Asia, que es prácticamente lo mismo que me gaste en el pantalón. Muy mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo.

NIET HIER BESTELLEN!!!!!!! Mijn vader heeft hier besteld en het was niet om aan te gluren😤😤😤 Het zag er totaal niet uit zoals de foto’s op de website, WAT EEN SCAM! Er zit een sterk ontmoedigingsbeleid op het retourneren van de kledingstukken, terwijl er op de site staat dat dit gewoon kan. Als je het dan kan retourneren kost het heel veel geld (€35). DIT IS OPLICHTERIJ🤬🤬🤬🤬

Very poor product quality and serious problems trying to return the order

My experience with Lumeure has been extremely disappointing.

I ordered several pairs of shoes (order #LU21404). When they finally arrived, the quality was nowhere near what I expected from the photos and presentation on the website. The shoes appeared to be made from very cheap synthetic materials, the overall finish was poor, and there was a very strong and unpleasant chemical/synthetic smell. In my opinion, what I received looked substantially different from what was presented online.

I immediately contacted Lumeure and asked to return the entire order for a full refund.

Instead of simply processing the return, they repeatedly tried to persuade me to keep the products. First I was offered a 10% refund, then 20%, then 30%, as well as various amounts of store credit.

I repeatedly explained that I was not negotiating a discount. I simply did not want shoes of this quality and wanted to return them.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that their website advertises a 30-day return policy, yet after several emails I still have not received the prepaid return label and clear return instructions I requested.

A customer should not have to go through multiple rounds of negotiation simply to return an order under the store’s advertised return policy.

I am still waiting for Lumeure to accept the return and provide a full refund. I will update this review if and when the company resolves the issue properly

De hoodie zit echt ontzettend comfortabel. Lekker zacht aan de binnenkant mooie pasvorm en hij ziet er nog steeds netjes genoeg uit om buitenshuis te dragen in plaats van alleen thuis.

My order arrived neatly wrapped and nothing was crushed or creased badly. Small detail but it made opening the parcel feel much nicer.

If you’re ever thinking of ordering anything from these scammers, you’d be better off cutting your hand off.

They pretend to be a Dutch company, but in reality it’s nothing more than plain old dropshipping of cheap, low-quality junk from China. They sell ridiculously overpriced “linen” clothing that doesn’t contain even 1% linen — 95% polyester and 5% elastane. The product photos they use can be found all over the internet, with the exact same items selling for up to 90% less.

Once this garbage arrives and you want to return it, the real nightmare begins: an endless merry-go-round of AI-generated replies offering you discounts. Endless!!! If you refuse — because the product is genuinely 💩 — you can return it, but you have to pay the return shipping to China yourself, as stated in their terms and conditions.

They couldn’t care less that what they sent you is completely different from what you ordered and paid for.

My advice: if you’ve already bought this junk, received something different from what was advertised, and paid by Visa, contact your bank and request a chargeback. It takes a while, but it works — I got my money back.

Attention aux arnaques avec ce site. Après 10 jours aucune nouvelle de ma commande pour un simple teeshirt... Je ne recommande surtout pas

Ik had voor het bestellen een vraag over de maat en de klantenservice hielp me kiezen tussen twee opties. Het antwoord voelde persoonlijk en niet als een standaard gekopieerd bericht. Mijn pakket kwam een paar dagen later aan en hun advies bleek precies goed te zijn. Daardoor voelde de hele aankoop een stuk minder riskant.

I bought a blazer set for dinners and occasions where I want to look put together without wearing anything too formal. The shape is flattering and the fabric has enough structure to look polished without feeling stiff. I was expecting to have to alter something but the sizing worked right out of the package.

Producten van lage kwaliteit. Retourzending enkel mogelijk naar China tegen hoge kosten. Absoluut onacceptabel en voldoet niet aan het Europese herroepingsrecht.

Heb uiteindelijk na het indienen van Chargeback via mijn creditcard geld terug gekregen.

I ordered 2 linen shirts and a linen short and I received 2 shirts and 1 short 100% polyester, super itchy to the skin. When requested to return the order they wanted me to pay for the return which had a destination in China.
Really BAD quality. After several back and forward emails with Lumeure that was going nowhere I was able to get my credit card transaction reversed with my banks help as the European consumer laws are very clear that if you do not receive what was advertised the seller must pay for any return costs regardless of any return policy. DO NOT purchase anythin with them!

Ordering was efficient but shirt took time to arrive. When it did, it was *at least* two sizes too small (after they had recommended a size) and had the label cut out so I couldn’t even check what the original size was. I have absolutely no doubt that the return process will not be worth the effort, so that’s a good deal of money down the drain…

Good quality product, also the delivered on time.
