mi Sono registrato a questo casino online mandato i documenti e caricato 470 euro. Dopodiché aver chiuso la sessione con 600 euro ho scelto di prelevare il tutto perché l’interfaccia del sito era pessima e pure il casino online lo era.

Just happened to me. It is my first and last online casino. I won 500$ and they took it all because as I think I bet few times in live card games 25$ sometime but my bet shouldn’t go over 5$ no one ever told me this scam scam scam.
Want to add, that live chat for me disabled at the moment I clicked withdraw money they are cutting of communication with you. I don’t know how people get their money back otherwise they won’t exist for whole year. I hope?!

I recently won some money. I sent in all documents and my account is verified and all of my documents. When I ask how long the money will take to get to me, they just repeat "allow our dedicated team time to process your withdrawl". They can't give me a straight answer and I am still waiting 3 days later. Now they don't respond to me at all. I sent an email, this morning, asking for them to tell me how long until I receive my winnings. 3 Hours and I still have no response. Update* I received the winnings in my bank account last night after I went to bed. At least I now know how long it takes to process withdrawls in the event that I am lucky again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed 6th in the jingle bets tournament which ended new years eve 2023. The tournament was from Gamzix and advertised 25,000€ euros to the top scoring 50 players. (I have screenshots of the advertisement and rules and all the 120 places) They however did not pay the 25,00€ to the top 50 they paid 7400€ to the top 3 players. Neglected to pay the other 17,600€ to the 47 other top scoring players. I've been talking to customer service everyday for at least 5 days now. And it's the same thing everyday. (I also have screenshots of the conversations and them reassuring me that the bonus will be added soon, to were waiting for a reply from the provider, to its been escalated to the manager please check back in a cpl hours x3) I have yet to receive the prize for 6th place or even receive a decent update on the payment.
