Terrible casino, my withdrawal has been pending for over 3 days despite their own terms stating a maximum timeframe of 72 hours.
Support is awful and does nothing but copy paste the same messages and tells you to wait.
I am so ticked off, I had multiple plans on Friday that I needed my money for and I had to cancel everything. It is now Sunday evening and still no money. I requested cash-out Thursday morning.
If I could give it them a zero I would, play at BitStarz or StayCasino where you get paid in under an hour regardless of the method.
