Stay away. No bonuses added, requested account closure and they wouldn’t do it, ended up wasting more money. And win frequency is really low. Played €100 in €2 spins and didn’t even win on one spin.

Very very bad casino, This cause is a fraud, They do not have fast payouts, The first time I played here I won I cashed out and got it within the hour, I played there again I won but they didn't pay me my winnings they left it in in my account pending because what they want you to do is reverse the payment which I did, they try to say I canceled my payment but my last money's I took out I won more money with it so I cashed out it's been 24 hours now and they still won't pay me my winnings and I e-mail them three time and they won't get back to me, keep telling me to have patience, what does instead withdrawal mean? Once again I am waiting for a withdrawal after these guys cancelled my last one after 5 days of waiting due to apparently going against the t&c, they gave me the money I deposited back in I then got that back to a good amount and am trying to withdraw again, it’s now been 4 days, took me weeks prior to get verified because apparently every for of identification I offered wasn’t good enough, I’m now verified, wasn’t on their bullshit bonus t&cs and IM STILL WAITING

Worst customer service
After a very quick and easy opening of the account and playing many games. Several deposits… I have had to request my deposit bonuses as I can’t find them and although 1 got added after a while I am still waiting on another and pure lack of communication on there end I can no longer type a message or get a reply… the customer service would get a 0 from me. No wins so can’t say anything about the withdrawal process unfortunately.

The Site itself is nicely done and structured, but i am 99% sure they temper with the odds of the slots. I win nothing with 500€ on 0.2 bets. No Bonus no big wins nothing. As soon as i play with bonus money from freespins i win 400€, but once the wager was done i was at 380€ and the site just decided that i dont get all of that and my balance was down to 42€.
