Lucky7even has been extremely disappointing and a horrific website. After winning approximately $11,000, I was informed that my winnings would be confiscated because the casino claimed I had violated their bonus terms and conditions. They found any excuse to deny my withdrawal.
Having a large balance removed after a significant win has completely destroyed my trust in this casino.
I encourage anyone considering playing at Lucky7even to be careful before depositing to protect yourselves from these scammers. Be aware that if you win, your risk of getting paid are very low like it happed to me for 11k. They will not pay you and most of all NEVER accept the bonuses as this is their best way to come against you for breaches.
There are many other online casinos with stronger reputations and more transparent withdrawal processes. Before depositing your money, do your research, read player reviews, and consider whether the potential risks are worth it.
My personal experience with Lucky7even was negative, and I would not recommend the casino to others. Not to mention it takes over 3 business days to get paid id they decided to pay you peanuts from your win.

Oggi 15/10/25 Ho depositato piu di 200 euro, in uno di questi depositi di 20 euro ho vinto con il bonus attivo 500 euro, questo credito è rimasto per qualche giocata nel mio account, ma poi viene eliminato/annullato e mi vengono riaccreditati i 20 euro del deposito dicendomi che il bonus non poteva esser riaccreditato e che loro non avevano fatto nulla ero stato io ad eliminarlo, attendo risposte anche perche ho mandato piu di una email per chiarimenti e magari una soluzione, al momento mi e stato pure limitato il conto e non posso accedervi, spero che si muoveranno per darmi assistenza, ma non penso anche perche mi hanno detto piu volte in chat che non ci avrebbero potuto fare nulla

Lost money
Initially they cancelled my withdrawal on the 10th which was a win from no deposit bonus, they needed further verification it was me presumably for KYC purposes, although not sure how I would be laundering money if I never deposited. Anyway they didn’t approve it again for 4 days following that so the 14th which of course is the date they say I’ve been waiting from even though they cancelled it for an idiotic reason.
Anyway here we are on the 24th 10 days later and they’ve somehow lost my money, supposedly it’s with the mysterious payment provider but I know it’s not in my account. They already took a discount off my win, they made me wait the full time period and now they’ve lost the money apparently.
Don’t play here. They are horrible

1st bonus not received and useless support help
I signed up and tried to access the 1st deposit bonus by pressing the deposit button putting in the payment details and deposited the money. After I started playing I noticed the bonus hadn't been added. I contacted support for help and didn't really get any and of course it was my fault for not waiting for the bonus to appear. Instead I could have 30 free spins or $5 a loyalty bonus. I decided to delete the game but can't get back in to delete my account or do anything in there. Not sure if it's a glitche or the site playing up. Anyway, I am an avid player and like to join new casinos and see what they have to offer. Not happy with the response of the support chat as she asked me to screenshot info about their 1st deposit bonus??? That in itself tells me she doesn't know what they are offering and it's the customers job to show and tell...

Schade, sehr tolle Plattform aber Auszahlung über 4000 Euro abgelehnt ohne ersichtlichen Grund. War dann wohl das letzte Mal, das ich dort gespielt habe. Kann nur jedem empfehlen, wo anders zu spielen. LG
