Para una entrevista de trabajo me hicieron pasar una prueba de aptitud en la que la mayoría de preguntas tenían un fondo de: Eres un lobo de Wall Street capaz de pisar a los demás para conseguir las metas? Terminé el test y me hicieron hacer una prueba de IQ para medir mi inteligencia. Me negué y se negaron a continuar el proceso de selección. Una empresa que juzga, que fomenta el capacitismo. No recomiendo trabajar con ellos ni tenerlos como agencia.

Tried to get accurate information from them to buy a house but they didn't understand the request and then refused to provide it. Very unhelpful and a total waste of time. Look for another agent for the same property.

Nunca responden a los mensajes aunque sean leídos. Esta no es la primera vez que esto sucede. No esperes ningún buen servicio de ellos.

Les llamé para hacer una venta de una casa y parecía que me estuvieran haciendo un favor. No mostraron ninguna predisposición ni interés. Si no les mandas a un reportaje fotográfico ni se molestaban en venir.

Una empresa muy deshonesta. Mal gestionada, y los altos directivos son muy abusivos con sus empleados.

Experiencia traumática. No supieron ver el valor de nuestra vivienda y aconsejarnos.
Vendimos una vivienda con ellos y lo único que les interesó fué venderla lo más rápido posible, lo que se tradujo en bajada de precio. Nosotros necesitamos vender la vivienda y ellos se aprovecharon de esta necesidad. Cuando encontraron comprador solo miraron de beneficiarlo a el.

We have just purchased our first property in Ibiza through Diana at Lucas Fox. I cannot speak more highly of Diana and the level of professionalism she showed. She has been a pillar of support from start to finish of the purchase. Thank you Diana!

Horrendous customer service from clueless employees.

Although the percentage payment fee is typical for Spanish real estate companies (and that in itself is another story!), you get nothing from them in terms of advice or help for the payment they 'take' from you - and I do literally mean take, as they get the buyer to bypass you as the seller and transfer the deposit directly to them and remove the payment!

Any documentation that is required for the sale is on your shoulders as the people we dealt with gave us the wrong information on where to obtain documents and we ended up chasing around unnecessarily for information and doing the work ourselves.

Instead of being treated as the client who is paying them an immense amount of money for doing nothing in return, you receive 'panicky', undermining and illiterate emails which are designed to pass any blame for their incompetence onto you.

Overall, if I could give this company zero stars - I would. I would recommend to anyone who wants to buy or sell a property in Spain - especially the Barcelona area, to stay well clear of this sham of a real estate agent (I can not believe the Spanish legal system allows them to be called a 'real estate agent' as nothing about this company is 'real')

Future buyers please be warned by Lucas fox Javea and Costa Select. Unfortunately they play nasty games ofcourse about money behind the back of clients. Afterwards we heard they had not a good name but unfortunately that’s afterwards. They’re working together and are not honest. Sorry to say in these horrible times with war etc that they only think of money and are doing untruthful business. Take care and watch twice.

They hired me to film an event, but they didn't pay and suddenly stopped answering to my messages.
