I live in the caribbean

I live in the caribbean, St. Lucia to be exact. Have not had any issues with delivery and products are packaged to be kept safe. Even with the challenges the pandemic has imposed Service has been more than satisfying.

Fast shipping

Fast shipping! All inclusive shipping cost so no surprises at my door when the package arrives. Parts arrived exactly as described and prices are reasonable. Will definitely buy from them again.

I love LRDirect

I love LRDirect. Reasonable prices, OEM quality parts available, fast and reasonably priced shipping to the US. What's not to like? I saved tons of money by buying from LRDirect. I have a 20 year old range rover, and I buy parts often. It is less expensive, faster and more convenient to order from LRDirect than from some of our local vendors.

On 17/08 I paid for the order

On 17/08 I paid for the order, on 7/10 I received information that the parcel was damaged during transit and refund will be issued for me, on 29/10 I received another information that the parcel had dangerous goods and the money would be returned to me. For this moment no refunds and no replies to emails.
