Love Water Limited Arvostelua

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Ordering was easy and the mineral water itself is top quality. However, the highlight was the delivery. The driver, Callum, went above and beyond. He arrived in the time slot given, was incredibly polite, and handled the heavy bottles with care. It’s rare to get such great service these days. Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service from Callum who delivers our water; such a friendly and kind guy who always has a smile on his face! Highly recommend Love Water! Thank you so much!(from Caremark Sutton)

It is always an absolute pleasure to receive our love water deliveries. From the organisation at the office with Jen and Kaye to the drop off from Callum…it’s a great experience all round. They’re a great team and never see us go without. Callum is brilliant and worth his weight in gold!

It's been a lovely experience with LoveWater from the very beginning. We use them in all our clinics and have received 5-star service throughout. Nick was amazing at sorting a seamless transition for us and Kieth was so lovely when he delivered our unit for installation. Highly recommend LoveWater for any water cooler services you need! :)

Brilliant service - our water delivery is always on time thanks to the wonderful Callum who really brightens up our day.

Lucia, Kaye & Jen provide super friendly customer support. They make the whole process easy and stress-free.

Highly recommend this company if you want reliably delivery and genuinely caring people.

I am a Property Manager who often has to interact with Love Waters' Accounts side in order to deal with processing invoices.

I simply want to commend Jen in Accounts for always being responsive even when under a lot of pressure and stress and for always ensuring that issues are resolved.

We have been with Love Water for years and cannot fault the service. The whole team from the office staff to the delivery drivers are great. Big praise to Callum who always brightens my day. Every time Callum arrives, it's not just about the delivery — it's about the genuine friendliness and cheerful energy he brings along.

Excellent service following a slight administrative error, our delivery driver Harrison didn't have the correct bottles, I suspected that this would mean we wouldn't receive water until the following week. How wrong I was! Harrison re-delivered the needed water the SAME DAY! Really appreciated effort from Harrison and the Love Water team, especially in this hot weather.

Thank you Harrison for delivering much needed water, and fixing the machine .

Just wanted to say, what a pleasure it is to have Callum deliver to us! He is so friendly, super efficient and keeps a smile on his face - even in 30 degrees - great asset to the team at Love Water!

Fabulous customer service! our salon Beautiful Nails & Body Salon in Crawley have been using this company for years and couldn't fault them.
From the admin team in the office to the drivers that deliver all fantastic!

Suzie always goes above and beyond to help us. She is very efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

We've been using LoveWater for our offices for a while now and they provide a great service. Corresponding with Suzie over email is lovely, she's always friendly, extremely helpful and ready to go the extra mile. Thank you Suzie and team!

We’ve been customers for about 6.5 years now And we are addicted to our LoveWater water! It’s like the Nectar of the Gods 💪

We often have a lot of guests visiting our home and they too, LOVE this water.

With the awful hard, limescaley water in our area - LoveWater is a no brainer for us: Pure, filtered, natural spring water from Blenheim Palace delivered directly to our home, each month, in 11litre bottles.

Tastes brilliant, so we stay wonderfully hydrated AND so much cheaper (and better for the environment) than buying bottled water from the shops.

Do yourselves a favour and sign up to LoveWater if you care about your health and hydration. It’s easy, it’s affordable and it’s DELICIOUS ❤️

Very efficient and friendly company. Would recommend.

Always excellent service, easy to do business with and friendly and helpful owner and staff.

If circumstances had been different; we most certainly would have continued with the services of Lovewater.

I would like to thank you and all the staff at Lovewater for the exemplary service afforded to Keybar Ltd over the years.

Our water will never taste the same…

Andy Gallagher - Finance Director

While there have been some hiccups. Overall customer service has been very good, callouts to check or replace rented coolers have also provided excellent service. Good value for money, really helps me stay hydrated as I am very funny about temperature and flavour of water..

Nice team--always helpful. Clean quality drinking water is an absolute need in our household, as it is for many..

Dan is the man! he is the best, always in good spirits, with a smile, works quickly, and knows where to place the bottles in our crazy maze of an office.

We are very happy with the overall service we receive here in Marble Arch. The quality of care has been very good, deliveries are smooth, water dispensers are regularly cleaned.

All good.
