Superb dog treats - our little girl, Lady, loved them (she got very excited for the Calm Moments blend, ironically!). We really appreciated the simplicity of the ingredients, too - they felt far more wholesome than many more prominent brands.

I'd love to order more, but the website appears to be down. I hope that it's up and running again soon!

I concur with another recent review as 1 star - there is no reply to emails or telephone calls and whilst they accept your order and advise it’s being processed there is follow up confirmation that it’s been shipped or timescale - I ordered on 8 Feb and still nothing and cannot get any reply to understand the delay cause etc. Have used their service a number of times previously and always had excellent experience so hence why on this occasion I am so disappointed not to have the product but also by the total lack of customer focus

Fantastic customer service! I put in a special request (I'm unfortunately quite picky) and they accommodated it immediately with no questions asked! Order arrived very quickly and just as I wanted it!

Tried these treats as my dog has to have grain free, she is also deaf so I need good quality treats to lure her back! She can’t get enough of them and neither can any other dogs we walk with!
I decided to get a good supply and had fantastic and quick service -they could not have been more helpful! Thank you - we will be ordering again soon - particularly as we get through quite a few treats on a walk now!!!

Don't know how anyone else managed to get a response from these people, but I have an issue with a product I bought weeks ago and there's just no response to my emails. No one answers the phone either. Thought this was supposed to be a decent company according to reviews. Definitely not in my experience. In response to the reply below, which surprise surprise comes as a result of my posting here no one explained that the sticker wasn't in stock or attempted to contact me. Harry rang my mobile in error thinking I was someone he knew and when I explained the situation he said the bakery was very busy and that's why my call had routed to him. He did not advise me of anything else, but said he would arrange for someone to ring me to deal with my issue. No phone call, no response to further emails so no customer service or care. I stand by every word and don't bother sending the sticker as I don't want to be reminded of such a poor company with a stinky attitude

Customer service is superb with this company. We had an order that was accidentally delivered to the wrong place but The Dog Treat Company sorted it and replaced it immediately.
Wonderful service is rare these days and so it was much appreciated. The dogs love the delicious healthy treats too.
