Shocking Customer service, you ring and hear recorded message to stay on as your call is important to us, it then rings constantly with no answer. Ordered a fan which said would be out following day, no courier updates so I had a gut feeling it wasn’t being delivered. I’ve emailed , no response, I then get an email from courier saying it will be with me the following day. Shocking customer service

Shocking bad customer service - they don't answer the phone, they don't respond to chat, they don't reply to emails. I checked if items were in stock before I ordered and was told they were and available for next day delivery - they will not be arriving the next day as promised. I will now seek redress via my credit card company/breach of contract. I have the chat transcripts to prove that they confirmed stock and delivery date. APPALLING SERVICE

Ordered a couple of fans (>£100) as they promise next day delivery for orders placed before 3pm. My order was a little after 11am.

No updates via their website or by email so feared the worse... and was right. DPD is their courier and my app confirmed nothing due for delivery. Getting a phone answered is a task in itself... took 3 attempts.

Staff friendly enough (hence 2 stars) but they couldn't even check if despatch had taken place as they don't have the stock!

Shocking service, hung up on whilst phoning to make a complaint and cancel my order. Lied that the courier had lost my parcel but when phoning the courier they had no shipping reference or knowledge of the parcel in question. Emails after this point have all been ignored. Thank god I paid for my product through PayPal and was able to sort out my refund and claim throught them. AVOID USING AT ALL COST!

Ordered a portable AC unit back in March 2021. Didn't use it much until June - and when I did there was a clear electrical fault (kept turning off and on randomly - a slight tap to one side would start it again). Contacted LSD to arrange a repair. They directed me to the manufacturer Comfee - who then direct me back to LSD. As they don't have technicians to repair, they said that they would arrange for a courier to pick it up and then send a replacement unit on return (not the best outcome in this hot weather!)
Comfee confirmed that LSD were responsible for repairs - yet LSD do not have the capability to send out technicians to complete repairs. Why take on this area without that?
Courier duly arrived - and then refused to take unit as it was not packaged up. LSD made no mention that this was needed or how they expected it to be picked up - just that the courier would provide. When contacted back LSD informed me that it needed to be packaged up - not sure why they could not have mentioned this before? They then sent out a returns notice with all their charges - includes a £20 charge for lost original packaging. Not sure if they are aware, but I'm pretty sure that's breaching trading standard rules. And who has original packing 3 months later?
(They also include charges for missing parts, such as 10% for missing window kits and another 10% for missing fixings etc (bear in mind missing just these 2 would lead to a charge of £66). Except, what happens if you don't have them? I mean, who keeps all the parts you don't need?)
My latest emails have so far been ignored.
You can judge a lot of how a company works based on their returns policies. This is a company all about profit before customers. Forgetting that customers actually provide profit.

Ordered a Meaco 1056P fan Thursday evening and was delivered in less than 24 hours to scotland. Very competitive price too. Faultless service, easy shopping experience and fantastic product.

I bought a Xpelair part for installation from the Aircon centre on Thursday afternoon and it was delivered by DPD by midday Friday. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you
