Great customer service, great quality of the sofa we ordered. Love it. The assembly service was great and the men
were so quick too. Everything was perfect!

We spent a while looking around at sofas and decided on the Moscow U shaped sofa bed. It has arrived today (31.7.2026) after only ordering on Sunday (26.7.2026). We opted out of assembly from the company and it was easy enough for 2 of us to put together, but 1 person may struggle.
Toby & Riaz called this morning and asked if they could deliver it earlier than the time, which we were really impressed with. When they arrived they were both lovely, approachable people which you don't always get.
Highly recommend this company and these delivery lads too :-) thank you again for our lovely sofa and for being professional and efficient.

Ordered a sofa which was delivered quickly. I received a call shortly after ordering to confirm a delivery date, with follow up calls to check again. On the day of delivery I was given a phone call beforehand to let me know when they would be arriving.
The sofa is lovely and I'm really happy with it so far.

Amit and Faizan delivered my sofa and transferred it into a van for me to take over to the island home.
They were kind and managed my time very well with prompt delivery windows the day before and 30min prior.

Respect to this firm and how well it is being run. Great price great sofa great service. Placed an order online and within a minute they contact me to set up delivery. Sofa was delivered by Sami and his colleague less than a week later, two great guys and even better the boss authorised them to install it for free as well. 15-20 minutes later all set up and in position and all the rubbish taken with them.

Delighted with the sofa and the service. Purchased my sofa on Monday was delivered by the Thursday. Amit & Faizan were in contact prior to arriving and managed the corner sofa bed up three flights of stairs.

I'd been looking for the perfect sofa for a long time when I came across Love My Beds. The Molly sofa I wanted was available from several retailers, but the outstanding customer service I received from Love My Beds made my decision easy.

I spoke with Adam via WhatsApp, and he was incredibly helpful. He answered all of my questions, sent me additional photos and videos of the sofa, and even price-matched it, making it cheaper than other competitors. On top of that, he kindly included free room-of-choice delivery and assembly, which is normally a paid service, due to my health issues and the fact I live in a second-floor flat. I really appreciated this gesture.

Unfortunately, the original delivery date couldn't go ahead due to unforeseen issues, but the team kept me updated throughout and arranged a new delivery for when I returned from holiday. They called at the beginning of the week and again the day before delivery to confirm the date and time slot, which was really reassuring.

On the day of delivery, the team called around 30 minutes before they arrived. They were punctual, polite, professional, and friendly. They brought the sofa in carefully in two sections, took great care while setting it up, and showed me exactly how it worked, as it extends on wheels to transform into a lounger/sofa bed. They also took away all of the packaging, leaving everything clean and tidy.

I honestly can't fault the service I received from start to finish. I'm so pleased I chose to order from Love My Beds, and I absolutely love my new Molly sofa.
