Ali and faz were amazing really friendly and hardworking delivery men. My only downside about LoveMyBeds is I did tell them quite a few times about the length.. it nearly didn’t fit had to play around a bit …its sooooooo tightt. But im just grateful it fitted in the end

Great service and very fast delivery thank you

Ordered the Jacob bubble sofa. Was kept up to date regarding my order and delivery. On the day of delivery was given a time slot. 2 young lads arrived on time. Both were extremely polite and took great care bringing the sofa inside. This sofa itself is unbelievable quality. It is the most comfortable sofa I have ever owned. It far exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to order from this company again. I'm absolutely over the moon with the whole experience. 10 out of 10 😊

Ordered a bed from here, arrived very fast. Service was very efficient and the delivery was done by Ali and Amit who were very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again.

The sofa is lovely but the hole delivery service was not good and iam missing legs for both foot stools

What a lovely experience!
We ordered our new sofa on a sunday night and by Monday the company was calling me to advise the colour had sold out over the weekend. They offered for us to wait till the colour was back in stock or we could choose a different colour or a different style. We were undecided between the beige or grey so going for the beige after the grey was sold out was no problem to us.
They advised us of a delivery date from that moment. The day before they called again just to confirm delivery for the next day. On the day I had a text message advising an eta and they arrived 20 mins before that! Exceptional.
Amit and Faizan arrived full of smiles even tho we are in the middle of a heat wave bought the sofa in the house being carefull not to knock anything. Set up the whole thing (we paid for the service to have it assembled) and took all the cardboard boxes and rubbish with them! We couldn't have asked for better! The guys were fully done and pulling off the driveway literally 30/40 mins after arriving!

Easy to order, good quality. Colour I chosen had a bit of a lead time on but worth the wait. Had to ring up after the estimated delivery date had lapsed to get any update. Delivery driver's ok. Don't do stairs tho. Bribed them £20 each then they do do stairs. All in all good experience.

Very good service. My sofa had to be delivered via a logistics company as I live on an island and lovemybeds were excellent at communication (via WhatsApp) and organisation. The Como sofa is brilliant. Came in 3 big packages and easy to put together with 2 people. Hopefully it'll last a long time!

The whole experience was outstanding. The support when choosing the sofa, then within 30 minutes of ordering the sofa, the delivery was booked in. Several welcome calls prior to delivery and arrived on time. Even giving half hours notice before they arrived. Very friendly, helpful and chatty people. The sofa is brilliant, it's well made, it's beautiful and i was given a full demonstration of how to use it. They even took the large boxes away that the sofa came in. Saved me a lot of hassle by taking them. Amit and Faizan were very professional. Well done both of you. I will definitely recommend this company and will definitely be using them again. We were very impressed with lovemybedss we were after a specific sofa that was extremely comfortable large enough that could be used as a bed when family visit. After searching the web we came across this company I used there chat message app to ask a few questions before deciding to purchase after payment the very next day they called with a delivery slot which was 4 weeks which is very fast in comparison with a lot of other stores. The company called two days before delivery and again the day before to give a time frame and it was delivered perfectly and on time. The quality of the sofa is amazing and super comfortable we are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend.

I love my new sofa, the quality is amazing and it’s very comfy. There was an issue with damage on delivery but the company were prompt and efficient in rectifying the situation.
