Mieux vaut fermer carement.le musée,plutôt que de faire une ouverture au rabais !

Nare ervaring. Wij hadden ons zeer verheugd op bezoek aan het Louvre en vooraf tickets besteld. Op het juiste tijdblok gearriveerd stond er een wachtrij van 2 uur😳! Wij hebben even getwijfeld om toch in de rij te gaan staan, maar toen er maar geen einde aan leek te komen, rechtsomkeer gemaakt. Jammer van de tijd en het geld. Zeer teleurstellend en eigenlijk schandalig….

Il y a un an je n'avais pas réservé pour ma fille 11 ans et moi, nous avons fait la queue dans la file "sans réservation" pendant 2h...Pour rien car un mouvement de grève avait retardé l'ouverture du musée donc sans réservation nous n'étions pas prioritaires. Normal.
Cette année j'ai réservé le 16 février à 13h car ma fille rêve de voir l'expo sur l'Egypte . Nous étions dans le musée à l'heure, mais arrivées devant la galerie:"fermeture pour travaux"! GROSSE DECEPTION. J'essaie de m'informer, je demande à 3 personnes qui sont aussi surprises que moi. Car en fait il n'y a pas de travaux mais un manque de personnel suite à un mouvement de grève...Comment ^tre sûr de visiter cette galerie? On est en Ardèche, aller à Paris est un voyage exceptionnel... C'est vraiment décevant, car seule cette galerie nous intéresse.

Een bezoek aan het Louvre gaat dus niet lukken.

Attente de 3 heures dehors sans aucune information. Je voulais faire plaisir à mon petit fils pour visiter ce musée du célèbre. Nous avons du renoncer comme bon nombre de personnes. La file d'attente avançait parce que les personnes repartaient. Aucun remboursement..... Déception totale !

Bought tickets for 12 pm. At 11:30 am, people with 10 am tickets still weren't inside. My mother sat down because she had foot problems, but was told that was her problem and she had to stand up. Children were allowed to eat but had to stay seated. Expect a minimum 2-hour wait; it's best to arrive 5 hours early to ensure you're inside on time.

Lauft lieber durch die Stadt und esst was schönes.

Naja es war rappelvoll. Und das Klientel war echt nicht schön. Gedränge und Geschrei. Eines Museums unwürdig.

Les Guides touristiques sont des Voleurs arnaqueurs , bâtiment vétuste , aucune sécurité

Ouverture retardée de 3h, personnel ne montrant aucun respect, désagréable lorsque l’on demande un renseignement… quel dommage qu’un si beau musée ne soit pas plus accueillant

Trying to book online to take our grandson, shocking experience, site kept resetting, losing information, with all the issues i ended up booking the wrong date, the website had an option to Make enquiries with categories like amend booking dates, refunds and others, we asked to change the booking, they flatly refused, no refund no amendment no support, every time we contact them they just say no, awful experience, sad to say we won't be visiting the Louvre so our grandson won't get to see everything as I'm not paying twice

Awful, unkind staff who ruined the day for me. I booked online but still had to queue for over an hour. When I finally got inside my ticket was rejected - staff couldn't explain why and wouldn't honour the money I had already paid or let me get a refund or tell me who to pay. Ended up paying twice. Scam artists. Staff were unhelpful, rude and insulting.

Food is overpriced and no proper seats for eating. Awful for somewhere that already charges 32 euros fir entry.

Not enough toilets for the amount of visitors and half were out of use. God knows where all the money goes because it's not on the facilities.

We spent ages looking for one exhibit only to find that whole floor was not open. No that this noted on the floor plans anywhere nor where we told this anywhere.

Floor plans and layout very poor. Real struggle to find what we wanted.

Art and exhibits were good but staff and facilities were awful. And exhibit was completely over charged.

Will never go there again!!!!

Savoir que c est gratuit pour ces ordures de journalistes, pourquoi pas les députés et payant pour les infirmières, les pompiers, les agriculteurs, etc, j ai la haine, ce pays est à VOMIR

Non seulement vous avez un personnels incompétant,et juste polis, mais en plus ils font gréve sans avertir,ils prennent les visiteurs en otage,ils sont assé payé paraport à leurs compétance et les heures qu’ils font ou pas ...s’il ne sont pas heureux dans ce métier qu’ils partent, on peut facilement trouver des remplacents vu le niveau des agents.

We (me and my grandmother) couldn't even get in with tickets purchased from the Louvre website. The staff was incredibly rude and impolite to a point I had never seen in Paris thus far. The website is confusing, the opening hours (due to the strike) are confusing, and there is a huge lack of communication in general. The tone they used with me whenever I was simply trying to understand what had gone wrong was condescending and rude. Unless you are ready to face confusing methods of purchasing tickets and rude staff confrontation, I would just avoid this tourist spot and go to one of the many other art museums in Paris.

Ieri sciopero! Riprendono a far entrare dopo 4 h...Alle 14 una signora della sicurezza ci dice che per chi acquista in logo i biglietti non c'è più disponibilità...Allora fate una cosa, eliminatela proprio e obbligate solo a farlo online però poi lo sciopero ve lo mettete in un posto! Disorganizzata. Ogni martedì chiuso. Cioè, sembra un museo esclusivo! Ma chi vi credete di essere?

Très déçue par ma visite au musée du Louvre. Il y avait énormément trop de monde, au point qu’il était presque impossible de profiter des œuvres correctement. On passe plus de temps à se faufiler entre les visiteurs qu’à admirer les tableaux.

Les toilettes étaient en plus dans un état vraiment inacceptable pour un lieu accueillant autant de public.

Dommage pour un musée aussi prestigieux, qui mérite clairement mieux en termes d’organisation et de propreté.

Attente interminable et personnel désagréable. L'établissement profite d'une rente de situation grâce à sa très riche collection mais semble tout faire pour la ruiner. Musée à éviter. Lui préférer Orsay, situé à quelques kilomètres de là et beaucoup plus agréable.
