First Experience has been horrible
I placed an order with Lorenzo Pazzaglia on 26 May 2026 and paid €165 via iDEAL. My bank, ING, confirmed that the payment was successfully processed and transferred to their account. Despite this, the webshop canceled my order and claims they never received the payment.
I have contacted them multiple times and provided proof from my bank, including the iDEAL Transaction ID (010305184453882070000000), but their responses have been extremely slow and unhelpful. As of now, I am left without my order and without my money.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend ordering from this webshop due to their poor communication and unreliable payment handling.
