Looming security van driver just came up to junction on tight road and just pulled out no indication or anything so had to stop all the driver did was give mouth full of abuse and shouting in his cab

This is the worst experience ever.

The machine took my Visa card without any reason - I checked with my bank and they couldn't give one either - everything was fine. Now I'm standing with extra expenses and Loomis will not pay for there fault. Keep away from the company - they won't stand up for there responsibility.

Outside Sainsburys local on Wandsworth Bridge road loomis van parked on pavement leaving barely enough room on the pavement for a pedestrian to pass.

Driver of Loomis Van DG17DZC forced me out of my lane in Glasgow tonight. As he left it late to be in right lane. Weather was atrocious and he is an absolute idiot. I am surprised I was not in an accident.

Driver of Loomis van blocked me in my parking space foe a good 20 minutes. No sorry, nothing. I said I'm going to be later for work, he said I should have left earlier then. So rude! So inconsiderate!

When you hire drivers make sure they are professional enough to represent your laughable company.
Just got a driver who nearlly drove through me with horrible attitude and rude sign language.

One of your lorries parked under my bedroom window for atleast 30 mins giving off a warning message. I shouted down and asked him to turn it off as he was sitting in there on his phone ignoring it and it had woken up my sick child and guess what was just ignored! I have it on video aswell how useless your staff are

The drivers are inconsiderate when delivering or picking up-parking on pavements preventing pedestrians passing, damaging pavements and often on double yellow lines. It’s not as if they can’t park where it’s safe - they just want to make it easier for themselves!

Mercedes van reg DE63 VGT dangerously tailgating other road users trying to obey the speed limits.

Loomis Van parked outside our block early morning blocking our clearly marked access to the door with their "Attack warning" loudspeakers going off when in no danger at all;the driver was in the back of the van the whole time. He came forward and drove off - presume he could not open window as we requested.
Called Loomis and left message.Their phone system did not work second and third time. On fourth call tried "new business" and spoke to Lita who promised me the local office would call back;no call.Fifth call same again - promise but no call - still waiting...we don't want them doing that again to us or anyone else

Machine reboots after I put in my card, swallows it and goes out of service. I go to their website and it says its a fåcking webshop. Yeah nah, thanks for nothing.

DO NOT use their machines if you can avoid it. It's a dodgy af scam

I'm a family small business owner. I have the money collection service since May this year. I only able to get in touch with Loomis business manager Sam White on phone before I signed the contract. After I signed the contract there is no after service at all!!! Dropped voice mail to request to call back. No response ever! Their after sale service, it's extremely poor. I wish I can put ZERO star. Their internal departments is just a mess. Head office, business manager (it's the person who sell their package to you, like a sale manager role) and Loomis depot (which is the depot manage to collect and delivery your money) are lack of communication too.

It's happened twice on me. First time was, I requested to delay my service starting date due to my bank issues. I contacted Loomis head office, however my old account manager Magdalena was on her holiday. So I spoke with her colleague Katherine. But then Loomis still came to the date that was not I requested.

Second time was, I change my service from twice per month to once per month. They came to my business earlier than the date I agree.

As Loomis service is, once their carrier teammate's "foot" step into your shop is already count one time service, no matter do you have any money pass it to them or like my case they messed up the service day).

Right now, I'm trying to request a credit notice for this unexpected service. Their head office just ask myself I have to contact my account manager, as they cannot do anything for me.

For my last 4 months experience with Loomis, it's just unpleasant. The customer service is extremely poor, no after service at all and their sale department and head office teammate are so unhelpful

Customer Services is Non-existence!
Failed to turn up and collect cash as agreed on several occasions. Account Manager NEVER made contact nor did he respond to email. No itemised billing and can't work up what had been charged.
Promises never delivered!
I would give them Zero star!!!
