Popped in to see Josh today. Quick and was out in no time. Easiest blood test I’ve done.

Friendly, efficient, informative.

Joshua was 100% professional and courteous. Well worth the modest charge and 30 min. drive from Weybridge.

Never received my results. Followup email has so far been ignored. Complete waste of money.

I never got my results for a Well Woman Profile blood test despite following up twice. I never heard back from the customer service team. I now need to raise it with my credit card provider to get a refund.

Never received my results for the allergen blood test.
I contacted customer service to which they asked for the details of my order. After providing these details they didn't respond and so, therefore, I followed up for a few weeks and still received no response. I have ended up having to raise a dispute with my credit card provider for the £299.

Only 1 star because I was not able to book in store through the website (I select the location then no further steps can be taken to actually book) and when I go to FAQs to look up "How to book" or "booking" nothing comes up. When you click on "Customer FAQs" to read generic advice, nothing comes up! Why would I now proceed to get any testing done and trust the process and outcome when they can't make a simple website work?

I went unto my local pharmacy and had a full thyroid exam done. Even paid in Advance, London laboratory was supposed to take my sample and deliver my results in 24/48 hours.
Instead they forgot my sample at the pharmacy and took 5 days to send me results.
I found it uncertain by how they looked standard and nothing assured me my sample was compromised in the delays. They sent me an apology and that a senior would 'feedback me'. When i requested the exam to be re-done or a refund by how they failed to deliver what i paid for, I been ignored since.

Scam. Do not use it

Booked and paid nearly £300 online for Monday appointment at Guildford Branch. Went to address on booking confirmation, but discovered shop was closed for refurbishment. Note on door said to go to a different address in Guildford. Arrived at this new address only to be told that 'the lady' didn't work on a Monday. Dreadful service. Still waiting for my refund and an explanation. AVOID!!!

I have no complaints or any doubts in my mind of the service they provide, friendly staff and helpful when comes to advice, one lady in particularly that served me, she knows who she is, thanks!.. you also represents the company that you serve.

Here's my experience and you can judge for yourselves.
I ordered two kits for a comprehensive allergy tests costing 299 each. The boxes arrived and they were looking professional.
There is too much blood to extract (2 mini bottles). I called their support phone line and asked if I can pay to be extracted by a pharmacist. They said yes, I went to the nearest pharmacy listed on their site. They said they are not doing it. I went to the second one - they said they don't know how to do it because normally they sell the kits. In the end she relented and done it. Even that pharmacist agreed with me saying and I quote: "I don't know why they sell it online - it's impossible to get that much blood out from fingers. And by the time you get it it's all clotted." Shipped the package back the same day (Weds afternoon).
More than a week later, no reply, nothing. Emailed on Thursday - no reply. In the whole interaction, none of my emails to their support email were replied to. NONE.
Following Friday I get an email with a link to the results. The results say: inconclusive. I am very annoyed.
Then I get another one saying ... here are the results with a link to a dropbox location. In a pdf. And it's a long URL, auto-generated. You can't copy and paste the url from the pdf. I had to manually type it in. Unbelievably poor user experience.
The results showed they tested 165 allergen despite advertising 295 tested allergen. So another lie. No replies when I asked why is that and asked for a partial refund.
Can you trust the results after all of that? Well, I knew I had dust mite allergy which showed - but I will stay away from this company going forward.
Also - the way they sell the kits they say they test 295 allergens, but it's an IgE test, which means you have to have been exposed to those allergens recently and have anti-bodies. My recommendation: AVOID.

Fast, Efficient and friendly. Results printed and emailed within 20 minutes and all from walking in off the street for my test.

I used this company to check my cholesterol profile. Had my blood taken in a local store. I got my results sent to me the following day. Very impressed with the service. I recommend The London Med Lab and will definitely use them again.

Couldn’t access my results and had to spend two days chasing. They send a email with pdf containing a link to Dropbox. Spent time making a Dropbox account to be told I didn’t have access. Sat on the customer support line for 2x 20 mins plus a emails. Why not just send the test via email in the first place?

The results themselves also look very suspect as it was all zero despite being successfully treated for the disease with meds so I know I have it.

Disappointed. The only reason the review is two stars is that the customer support chap was polite and helpful when I finally got to speak to him.

waiting for the result of an urgent blood test which was due to be given today, the day almost ended, no result yet. Tried to contact customer services, was on the line twice for 20' after which the line was dropped with a message that there are 'no operators to deal with my call'. Appalling, for a service that deals with people's medical information. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY What a waste of time and money. I should have booked my tests with medichecks!

I needed a test to know my genotype, confused about the right test but the customer service representative (I don’t know his name) knew his onions. I booked an appointment for the test at Oxford and Dan Mitchell was super helpful by directing me with a phone call to the lab when I lost my way and supportive with follow up emails to make sure I got my test results. Dan ensured a warm homely environment at the lab and a seamless joyful experience.

I was in a time of stress. My issue was handled with ease and was swifly solved. Thanks to you Medical Laboratory.
