Great range of products and good service
I've used Lock & Key before, so when I needed to get some new cylinders for my new French Doors, I knew where I was going to go.
The site is easy to navigate and find what you want, with email tracking updates on orders. My locks were sent out in a timely fashion and delivered quickly via Royal Mail.
If I need any extra keys, or door locks in the future, this will be my first stop.

I needed locks changing quickly. These guys attended on site, changed all the locks efficiently and cleanly and left the property in good condition. Highly recommended for service and cost.

Sorry to hear about the negative experience. It sounds like you might have been impacted by our transition to our new site, as you placed an order on our old site before we launched the new site.
This may have complicated the tracking of your order internally, and resulted in a worse experience.

Superb security keys
I have recently found this company for cutting cut-to-code security keys. I will be a returning customer moving forward. The keys work perfectly. The delivery is fantastic! As a reactive locksmith it is incredibly satisfying to know when a product is ordered, it's going to work first try, and it is going to be with me as fast as it possibly could be. Superb experience.

No keys with some locks.
Mostly, they are pretty good, but some of their Euro locks have no keys in the package. I suppose you have to buy the keys as extras, at extra cost.

I have used Lock & Key before and was…
I have used Lock & Key before and was happy with the experience. This time I needed a new Eurocylinder as I had to replace the door handles. Having a load of (expensive) spare keys for the old cylinder, Lock & Key made a new cylinder to match the codes provided. Perfect all round.
