Great service and easy ordering process. The delivery took a little longer than expected, but overall I am very happy with the experience. Everything arrived as expected, and I would happily use them again.

Got in touch and customer service was excellent, item was redelivered 48 hours later.

Every aspect of customer service was spot on - clear support over the phone, speed of production, e-mail updates on progress, confirmation of despatch and telephone follow-up to help with code registration...a faultless experience!

This is an absolute first class service . I phoned on the day and Terry came out that afternoon . Terry replaced all the locks . Very professional and friendly man . Price very reasonable for the work undertaken . Thank you again . If I need a locksmith I know where to come .If I could I would give 6 stars .

I went through the whole process of submitting x16 pictures, provided my card details, address etc received a confirmation email with my order number to then be sent another email the next day that read "Sorry but mortice keys are not something they do, from "Mathew Jenkins". I am sat in Canada and these were for my house in the UK that 3 people are waiting on, agents, buyer and mortgage valuer! Completely wasted my time! Never again.

Thank you for your reply. Ironically, it reinforces every point made in my original review.
My complaint was never that you couldn't cut the key. It was that you accepted my order, requested 16 photographs, collected my personal details, issued an order confirmation and only then informed me that you couldn't fulfil it.

Instead of apologising for your own process, you chose to make assumptions about my personal circumstances, criticise my planning, comment on my property and lecture me on what I "should" have done.

You know absolutely nothing about why those locks were installed or the circumstances surrounding my sale, yet you felt comfortable making public assumptions.

Your remark that "it's now in the public domain" is particularly revealing. Rather than addressing your service failure, you appear to justify publicly commenting on my property simply because I left an honest review.
That is not customer service, it comes across as an attempt to embarrass and intimidate a dissatisfied customer.

If your intention was to discredit my review, you've achieved the opposite.

Your response speaks volumes about your professionalism and how your company treats customers when they raise legitimate complaints.

I will leave both my review and your reply exactly as they are, so prospective customers can decide for themselves whether this is a business they wish to deal with.

Brilliant service, codes retained for duplicate keys. Fast delivery.

Gareth rescued my door from hell! I took the whole door to him and he drilled out the lock and replaced it in an hour. Job done, 3 keys, all sorted. Door back on and working perfectly. The guys also got a fire door through a failed inspection for me on another property a few weeks back. No fuss! These guys won’t let you down. Go see Gareth!!

Always a great service from these guys. This time was for a new lock but to match keys from a previous order. All done in a few days and delivered quickly.

First time ive ordered a door key online instead of going to a key cutter, because when I tried to get a replacement cut, the machine in Tesco said they didn't have that type of key yet. Felt futuristic. Came in a couple of days well packaged and worked a treat. Also it was a much easier website to navigate than one other i tried.

Having used this company a few weeks earlier, I had no reservations regarding using them again for a second lock order of slightly different dimensions. Still the same lock quality & straightforward installation. The only slight difference was a longer wait for dispatch which is the only reason for a 4*.

Bought a new van with only one set of keys as previous owner had lost them, my concern was the two side and rear doors had dead locks, as the key had no code engraved no one would cut the key for me. However these guys were able to and thus solved my problem. 20/20 thanks very much. Great speedy service. Delivered to my house. Fantastic.

Had some issues with the order which prompted email communication with sales staff. Slight delay in sending the final order because an earlier order which was cancelled due to the product not being available wasn't removed from the despatch instructions, but eventually that was dealt with. I’d recommend this company to anyone looking to buy security hardware.
