But your business model is completely the opposite of what you advertised on TV. Before I had even received the final acknowledgement email from you I had received 3 phone calls from agents, and this is after I had ticked the box to say no contact.
I thought I would try your service so that I could do my research before contacting anyone. Instead I get a stampede of agents knocking my door down for my business.
False advertising? Exactly why I do notvtrust online services. Bye.

Do not use this site. I got on to have a look and it sent out emails to multiple agents who have been calling for the past 2 days now. Look elsewhere, very disappointing when you click on site to look at agent fees. Poor work.

I used Scott Kim Real Estate to sell my parents home in Mount Waverley and had a very positive experience.
While many agents I interviewed were keen to take the house to auction Scott felt an excellent result could be achieved through a private sale saving thousands on auction costs.
As the house was an older house, we decided a strong cosmetic renovation would add considerable value as well as be a more attraction proposition for families with young children wanting to enter the suburb for schooling purposes.
Scott’s wife Mai project managed the renovation and did a great job coordinating all trades so the work was completed as quickly as possible. This was a terrific assistance as I would not have had time to do this myself.
Following the completion of the work, the property sold within a week for a record price.
