They are pretending to give information…
They are pretending to give information about agency rates but what they do is fishing your details and sell them to Real-estate agencies who then contact you. This may be a useful service but doesn't install trust in the industry when bluntly lying to you.

Scam- data collection scam
Scam- data collection scam. They ask more and more intrusive questions and when you eventually get to the agent info you have to contact them.
Save yourself some time and just call the agents.

Lachie was great. Using local agent finder takes a lot of the stress and hassle out of selling properties. He was easy to talk to, great communicator, friendly and had a lot of knowledge and helpful advice. Very happy to deal with him.

Attempt to compare commisions a failure
All I wanted to do was compare commission rates of agents. Having got the list, I saw that to look at their commission rates, my details had to be given to the agents. I DID NOT want to receive calls from them, I WANTED to look at their details before I DECIDED who to contact.
