Lloyd Looms Arvostelua

We searched high and low for outside garden furniture and were shocked at the prices in garden centres considering some of the poor standard of construction. We thought Lloyd loom would be too expensive for us but we’re surprised at the affordability considering the high end quality. The furniture arrived quickly with fantastic communication from the Lloyd Loom team with regular updates. The furniture arrived in perfect condition and we are so pleased we found Lloyd Loom to provide a quality service. Don’t waste your time and money on garden centre rip off prices and buy from Lloyd Loom with confidence. You won’t be disappointed

Great service and very well packed

Despite it being the 12 May, and items ordered on 28 April, I have yet to receive my furniture. Suggest you review your choice of courier. It now seems likely that the items will be delivered later this week but there has been no apology.

Efficient and friendly company. My laundry basket arrived quickly and extremely well packed.

Efficient, easy ordering and efficient delivery. Very impressed with Lloyd Loom.

Friendly helpful service. Lovely product

Easy to order over the phone.
Chair well wrapped.
Looks very solid. Arrived yesterday so early days. Hopefully it will last for years. We have the navy chair and the colour suits the room and goes well with some brown wooden furniture

We are really pleased with our Montpellier chairs. The quality is excellent and they bring a cohesiveness to the room now that the two mis-matched original Lloyd Loom chairs from the 1930s have been replaced. Mike was kind and attentive to our order.

Great service

Laundry basket was packaged very nicely. It is well made and it looks nice in the bathroom!

We are delighted with our Lloyd Looms furniture which is beautiful and very well made. The customer service we received was exceptional from initial enquiry to delivery and we would definitely purchase from the company in future.

Mike was brilliant. Helpful. Good communications. Well packaged and great delivery. The entire experience felt very professional and something I could trust. Love the chair. My Nana and Grandad (born 1907) had an original Lloyd Loom chair and laundry bin. I am thrilled to be able to buy another. I will be back!

Excellent friendly and helpful customer service from Mike and team. We were so pleased with the chairs and table we ordered for our conservatory that we have ordered a second set for a bedroom. This is a really high quality product - the chair are beautifully finished and the cushions are deep and well made. Delivery was prompt and helpful also. An all round excellent experience.

Roger opened up the showroom for us. He was very informative about the history of the family and products and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Beautiful chair I am very pleased with it. Unfortunately the delivery company unpacked the chair leaving all the wrapping for me to suppose of. They told me taking the wrapping isn't part of their contract with you which, for your customers is unfortunate.

Perfect piece of furniture

The chair is gorgeous, so well made and spot on for a small space. It arrived quickly, was well packaged and the unboxing, deliver to the room of your choice delivery service was excellent.

Lovely chair and excellent customer service & delivery
