Lloyd Looms Arvostelua

I am very pleased with my Henley design Lloyd Looms chair. It is well-made, stylish, comfortable and fitting for any room.
From my initial enquiry through to a request for samples and finally placing my order, Mike at Lloyd Looms was extremely helpful and speedy with replies.
Furdeco Ltd, Lloyd Looms delivery partner kept me informed regarding the delivery timescale and were excellent also, carrying out the delivery exactly as Mike had described.
I have no hesitation in recommending all concerned at Lloyd Looms Ltd along with the delivery firm, Furdeco Ltd.

Friendly small business. Delighted with the product and they were quick to respond to queries. Delivery on time in short delivery window so no waiting around all day.

A pleasure doing business with Lloyd Loom. We chose the Montpellier to match one we already had from two years ago. Mike had all the details to hand of the previous purchase, moved ahead with the new request and kept me informed on progress before handing over the delivery to Furdeco which were equally efficient. From past experience we knew the products were first class but how nice to be able to say the same about the sales and back up teams. No chasing needed by the customer. Truly old style, five star service. Thank you.

Delivered on time. Beautiful products very well packaged.

Friendly , helpful phone call and swift delivery by a really good courier .
There was only one dinning chair left in stock and I need 4 more .
I’m waiting to hear when the dining chairs are back in stock so that o can buy 3 more .

Excellent response to order. Chair delivery in the time stated delivery men polite and helpful kept me informed as to estimated time of delivery. They unpacked the chair and placed it where I wanted it.

The delivery was on time. As promised the chair was unpacked for me.
I am delighted with my small chair.

The Blenheim outdoor armchairs arrived in good time and in perfect condition. The 9cm cushions were too thick and firm for us, but this was quickly resolved by swapping for the 5cm ones. The chairs are well made and really comfortable. We are delighted with our purchase.

Great product which arrived in good order. I love LloydLoom as they are stylish but hard wearing
