Just had a call from Bella at Lloyd energy. This contravenes the TPS regulations and the GDPR regulations. I have never had business contact with this company, the phone number is a personal number and they cannot be checking the number with the TPS service. I requested an email to verify the company and it passes the DKIM and SPF checks at Google so it is definitely Lloyd energy. And I CAN provide a copy of the email to confirm this interaction with the company.

I've now signed again with Lloyd Energy as they've provided by far the best prices and service for me over the last 2 years. Patrick is attentive, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. Also, and this is rare in my experience, he shows leadership and is not afraid to be clear in communicating actions I've needed to take under his guidance and advice. The whole switching area is fraught with anxiety for people like me, and Patrick has always delivered on his promises and his committments. .

Patrick was a great help to me in sorting out a new meter instalment for me after I split my property into 2 and needed a new contract for part of my property, which I was struggling with due to restrictions under covid 19.Thanks for the work you did .

This company are unprofessional, very pushy, abrupt and rude! They do not take no for an answer, I've had lots of unsolicited calls from them, even though I tell them "no thank you" and "please take me off your database" Patrick is extremely rude, speaks over you and does not take no for an answer.

I was served by Ruby at Lloyd Energy. She provided an excellent service. Ruby first contacted me back in April, and agreed to contact me nearer the time of me renewal. Despite delay on my side, Ruby continued to be patient and eventually helped me to secure a good deal for my gas and electricity supply.

Zara Wilson of Lloyd Energy came to my rescue after Extra Energy collapsed into administration. I discovered that I had been left with some complicated issues that I would have found too stressful to deal with on my own. Thank you Lloyd Energy

Had to press to change supplier.... after agreeing price and a time period... was contacted the next day, to be told the agreed price and contract period were not available!

I now have dealt with Lloyd Energy for a number of years. I have always dealt with Patrick Smith and found him to be very helpful and polite. He has managed to find some very good prices from a number of suppliers that were comparable to those I had obtained both from suppliers and other brokers. This has allowed me to make an informed decision on our energy supply with the minimum amount of work on my part.

I would like to say what a great company Lloyd Energy is, I have dealt with them for many years now along with my account manager Patrick Smith who has always been more than helpful, from giving the best prices available for my contracts and always there to help with any queries I have had. I have never had any problems and I would definitely recommend them to anyone !!

We have received several unsolicited calls from Patrick at Lloyd Energy, a company I have previously never heard of. He assured me that he would provide the very best quotes for our energy renewal. I advised him that I never sign up for anything over the phone, and I advised him that I am motivated to switch by the best price (not necessarily one of the "big six" energy companies). The longest conversation took over 30 minutes, during which time he gave me quotes which were in the region of 15.8p per kWh. He spent considerable lengths of time boring me with his knowledge of the energy markets, and berating smaller energy companies that could possibly go bust at some time in the future. When he then tried to pressure me into agreeing a switch over the phone, I pointed out that I had already received several much more favourable quotations, some from smaller energy firms, some from the big six. He then got angry, offering me a wild 12.7p per kWh for a small company (he wouldn't tell me which one), and I advised him that I had asked for the best price 30 minutes ago, why had he messed me about for 30 minutes? I asked him to send all his quote offers through on the email (as I had done during a previous call, which he never sent). The call was then ended. 1 day later I had still received no emails, but another call from him. Today he could tell I wasn't going to listen to his sales rubbish, so he offered me a quote that he had "personally acquired from Npower just for me", this being 15.6p per kWh, still poor compared to other quotes I have, and today he didn't mention 12.7 p per kWh. I reminded him to email me again and the call ended.
