London & Kent Surveyors Arvostelua

Discussed what type of survey I would require and they didn’t try to upsell me to full structural survey as the property I was buying was only 12 years old but they did explain the difference in the surveys .
Great communication and excellent report , was easy to understand, would definitely recommend using this company

Very easy to book survey online and set up an account. Great communication via email on the update on the process. Survey included everything that was required for our successful house purchase.

I compared a number of quotes before selecting a surveyor. The key reasons I choose London & Kent surveyors is because: (i) they were honest about my requirements, and did not attempt to upsell me from Level 2 to Level 3 or add-on a valuation report too; (ii) availability was reasonable (1-2 weeks); (iii) the report turnaround was prompt and on time (3-4 days) with follow up calls arranged relatively promptly; (iv) they also provided suggestions to handle follow ups; and (v) they explained the concern areas of the report in understandable terms with colour coding; and (vi) they also offer a free interactive free report that helps provide colour / content on the area and property value. I would highly recommend.

Survey was easy to book and we got a slot within a few days. Our surveyor was very professional and polite and explained things well. We received our report within 3 days which was great

Professional and good service.
Highly recommend as they do follow up call and clear reports

Our experience of London & Kent Surveyors was great, it was very easy to navigate the website and for more information, arranging the survey and payment. They was able to arrange the survey swiftly with no need for our involvement at all after the information we provided them. The report we received was detailed and very well written, making it easy to understand. The process from start to finish was seamless and we cannot recommend these guys enough.

The whole process was smooth and efficient. We were able to book online easily, were contacted promptly, and a survey date was arranged quickly.
We received the results even before the stated deadline. Very professional and reliable service. We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

Very straight forward and efficient. Instruction, booking and review of very thorough report was excellent

Very professional and adhered to what was agreed. Provided a very detailed report which has helped me to understand the current issues and risks of the property that I intend to buy. This has also helped me in the negotiation process. London & Kent Surveyors followed the agreed timescale and overall, happy with the work done.

Booking was simple, availability was good. The surveyor was extremely thorough. The report was available within a few days, it was easy to read and understand and then go finish off, the surveyor phoned to discuss the report and answer any questions I had.
I’ve paid for a few surveys before and this company has definitely been the best.

Brilliant, quickly organised a date to inspect the property, got the report promptly with lots of pictures and recommendations including why the some things certain ratings. Highly recommend

Booking was extremely straightforward and it was nice to be able to track progress on the online portal. Report was thorough and easy to understand as well. Thank you!

The buyers of our property used London & Kent Surveyors, and we saw first-hand how thorough they were during the inspection, which gave us the confidence to use them ourselves.

The booking process was very efficient, supported by excellent customer service throughout. The report was comprehensive and detailed, with plenty of photos included. The post-survey call with David was especially helpful and reassuring — he took the time to explain all of our questions and concerns clearly and in detail.

Overall, we were very impressed with London & Kent Surveyors.

Excellent service. Communication was great throughout the whole time. A clear report was produced. The drone footage was really helpful. Thank you.

Excellent from start to finish. The process of booking a survey was easy and I received a very thorough and useful report. Kieran was very helpful during our post-survey call, and he was able to answer any questions that I had regarding the report. I would highly recommend.

Good advice received over the phone before booking the survey. The survey was carried out quickly and we received the report within a few working days. Would use again.

I used L&K as recommended by a friend, I can honestly say they are worth it. Very quick and professional, the review call with the surveyor that attended the property was priceless just to help in understanding the context of the report. Would definately use them again in the future.

First time buyers so also first time booking a surveyor. Can’t recommend L&K enough. Survey was booked quickly no hassle and report written within 3 working days. Online portal helpful to track progress. Report was really detailed with lots of photos. The option of a follow up call was also appreciated though we didn’t need to take them up on the offer as the report was detailed enough!

I recently used London and Kent Surveyors for a Level 2 survey on a property I’m purchasing, and overall I had a very positive experience. The report itself was clear, concise, and well-structured, while still providing a good level of detail. It was easy to understand, even for someone without a technical background, and it gave me confidence in the condition of the property as well as awareness of potential issues.

What stood out most was the follow-up phone call. This was extremely helpful in clarifying areas I wasn’t fully sure about, and it gave me the opportunity to ask questions directly. The surveyor provided practical guidance on which issues required immediate attention versus those that could be monitored over time, which was invaluable when planning next steps and budgeting.

If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be to offer a brief same-day call highlighting the key findings straight after the survey is completed. This would help buyers quickly understand any urgent concerns before receiving the full report.

Overall, I would definitely recommend London and Kent Surveyors for their professionalism, clarity, and supportive communication throughout the process.

They were clear, straight forward and the follow up call was extremely helpful in discerning priorities.
