Despicable and disgusting company and the level of service received is beyond belief.
I ordered through tiktok when they had a flash sale on using my vouchers what I had. I got it for a very good price the 48 pack and I was waiting to see if they would accept the order they accepted the order and everything was in transit. Just checked to see where the order is and apparently oh they sent it to royal mail but royal mail try to deliver it but there was nobody home and parcels going back and I will be issued a refund.

JUST TO BE CLEAR I WAS HONE ALL DAY SATURDAY AND I HAVE CCTV ! no delivery was made or attempted and I know the local royal mail guys and gals even if we not home they leave next door. When I check the tracking the package only reached the royal mail hub and then got called back.

Saying it attempting delivery was made is a lie.

Like I said it seems like a very despicable company really if you've made a mistake with the price or you've got too many vouchers on your tiktok page you need to honor it.
Other companies like CBD drinks that ordeded in the past like trip always on it their prices even if we've got it for a dirt cheap price.

Don't worry I will be coming on all your lives in the future and telling all your customers about your despicable tactics.

If you think my review is unfair please reach out but I've tried to reach out with tiktok support you just get but and I've tried to contact yourselves as well but as usual no reply just oh we will issue a refund.

Love these CBD drinks- have tried others but they can’t compare to these. The flavours and quality are exceptional. The variety of flavours are excellent. Ideal for a chilled relaxing drink- especially on a hot day and when you need something refreshing.
The communication from ordering to delivery is excellent and the delivery is very fast. They always respond very fast to any questions or queries.
Would totally recommend.

Great tasting drinks… every flavor is good and doesn’t taste super “weedy”. It’s nice to sit chill have a drink and not be hung over. Their customer service is superb.

I find Little Rick superb in every way. The drinks themselves are obviously the star of the show, great flavours, taste better than any other brand I’ve tried and I’ve tried many, strong wholesome CBD content, low sugar or no added sugar option too. Great customer service when I’ve needed to contact them, always warm and helpful, fast delivery and if something is not in stock they let you know and give you options to change or instant refund. Delivery speedy and efficient. I drink a lot of it so the subscription discount really helps. Expensive little luxury for me but the CBD content is such that I get genuine relief from physical pain, anxiety and general wellbeing. Relaxing, comforting and enjoyable drinks. Outstanding all round I’m so pleased I found them. Highly recommend 👏👏👏

Ordered online. Only to be told 4 days later they were out of stock. They later refunded my money and sent a free case. Will be reordering very soon

great tasting drinks and i totally chill out drinking them taste and more cbd than any others i have tried. speedy delivery and good communication throughout x also the offer good discounts at times which is brilliant. i have tried others cheaper but eventually come back to these guys x

After a horrendous experience with Little Rick delivering to a wrong address and DPD and Little Rick having no customer service for me to speak too when I experienced problems, is an issue throughout business in this country, plus the use of AI is an absolute disgrace.
Having said all that Little Rick have refunded my money and sent out a free case of their product hence the new review.

Really unsure why you are expected to pay extra for loss or damage of the goods. It is their responsibility to ensure you receive the package in good condition, and you can request a refund from your CC should this be the case. I am not sure why this company thinks it is ok to suggest a surcharge for this.

This is an excellent tasting and well crafted product.the taste is very gratifying and the buzz is manageable yet substantial.

im neuodivergent and the only reason my friends family find out out about these sort of things now ill say dont bother they try to steal a pound for no extra service ...
to swap prices around makes me feel robbed .
i wont drink them now and tell other people .

Tbh, I had high hopes for this drink based on the reviews around the calming effect from the CBD. Some even claimed it was better than alcohol. I have a hectic lifestyle and quite a stressful job but this did absolutely nothing for me. Maybe I’m just a non responder to CBD but I did have to think on the validity of the reviews. I suppose I’ll have to take them on face value. Saying that, the drinks are very nice and quite refreshing. The brand seems of high quality and delivery was good. But, I bought the drink based on the claims which it just did not deliver. So I won’t be buying again. A bit gutted tbh because as mentioned, I had high hopes. Back to a glass of whiskey in the evenings

This is a small company with great ideas. The product is amazing, great flavours and effective. I love the informal emails and friendly communications. I love 'Little Rick'.

The product is good, if I could go to a shop and buy a 12 pack I would. But after an initial good experience and deciding to sign up for a subscription my product has not been dispatched over a week after paying. You're buying and subscribing from a company for the convenience of having it delivered at the same time each month so if they can't get that right I don't see the point. I can easily add cbd oil to any drink myself. Sadly disappointed.
