Awful. Waiting over a week for a delivery. No contact, no reply to emails. Will never use again.

In line with what other recent posts have said my experience was similar. An order was placed and I received a Yodel tracking number two days later. However, every time I checked on Yodel tracking it said 'item with sender'. I emailed the company twice but never received any reply. The item did finally arrive but I am most unimpressed by the customer service which is appalling. I will not be using this company again and cannot recommend it.

I also try to help out the small supplier, but this has been a shocker. Placed my order on 22nd July 2023, and I then got a tracking number from Yodel. Every time I looked on Yodel it kept saying the order was still with the supplier. Contacted Little Peckers by email and after 4 days they responded saying the warehouse was behind in their orders. By this time it was 29th July, I then contacted them to say can I cancel my order because I'd had to use a different supplier. Since then I've heard nothing, please see other reviews and stay clear.

Ordered from this company, took my money, no delivery, on googling their site, it shows this has happened before, no delivery no refund, can't get through to them by phone, text or email, have now been refunded as I paid through paypal, wouldn't trust this seller

Took nearly 3 weeks to deliver my order ridiculous.

A perfect delivery on time tracked to the door by yodel. Packaging was excellent I was very pleased with it all round . First class service and highly recommended both supplier and delivery.

Waited over a week and no communications at all . Then had a email 8 days after ordering saying that order has been cancelled . Terrible service . DO NOT USE THESE IF RELYING ON FEED ARRIVING ON TIME !!!

I've used little peckers since about 2019 and was originally happy with my pigeon food and wild bird supplies but its a joke now. The IT guy there must be an idiot son or similar. Its a nightmare logging in and, ask for help and there's no customers service worth of anything. With regret I am not using this company again. its better for me to use £15 of fuel and travel 20 miles to collect feed elsewhere.

I would not give this company even one star. Customer service is non existent. I ordered 3 items and received 1 item, in an open box which was not related to my order. One week later I received another item, unpackaged, not related to my order. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. you may be enticed in by a cheaper price but it will cost you in the end.

Have ordered from Little Peckers regularly over the last 6 years or so without any problems. My last order on 26 April was acknowledged by email, but when I went to the website to check the status as I used to do before, I got a shock as the website was completely changed, and worse, all my orders were wiped out, as if I had never ordered anything from them. From the other recent reviews here, it seems as if I'm not the only one having this negative experience. My conclusion is that they've gone out of business, and they will not be fulfilling any orders that haven't been delivered. I have to look to my credit card company for a refund. Another indication this is the case is that the same products advertised on the revamped website are priced at 3 (yes, THREE) times the previous price, so no one's going to order anything at those prices. Stay away from this supplier.

Ordered from this company a few years ago with no problems at all. Placed an order on 25th April 2023 with email confirmation from them and the payment provider but nothing since. When I log in it shows no orders as another reviewer has found. Sent a reminder email today but having now read other reviews I'm not hopeful of being contacted and will look into getting a refund.

After two emails and several weeks delay I did get a full refund.

I placed an order on 20/4/23 and have had no acknowledgement. I sent an e mail asking for an update but as at 3rd May still no response. I will not use this company again as customer service is appalling.

Update on original review below. I have changed my stars from one to two, as I did receive my parcel 9 working days later however still only giving 2 stars as no communication from the company since my original confirmation of order. It would be useful if queries were answered and notifications on how long it was going to take for goods to be received. I had to buy one of the items from another supplier as didn't know if I was ever going to receive my goods.
Original Review - Can someone from this company please contact me. I made an order on the 27th of April I have had no delivery notice, checked my order online the company have changed the website it says I have no orders. Tried to email them and email has been sent back as a failure notice. No phone number on the new website. No other way of contacting them. I have ordered from this company before with no problems at all, now everything is very dodgy!! What is going on?

Placed an order online on 20th April 3.00pm. Really pleased when the correct order was delivered by yodel on 22nd April at 3.30pm. After reading all the negative reviews glad Little Peckers seem to have sorted out their problems. Will definately order from them again.

Absolutely horrendous. Do NOT order anything from this company.
I ordered some Vionate vitamin powder for my parrots.
That was 10 days ago.
I've emailed them three times. No response what so ever.
No telephone contact number ( should ring alarm bells)
I'll be taking it up with my bank to raise an issue with this transaction.

Just don't buy from here. Might cost you more from a known, bigger brand supplier....but at least you'll get it.... and on time!

Absolute shambles! Please think twice before placing an order with this company. I had chickens and a coop being delivered imminently so ordered a few week before, however chucks had been set up ready waiting for food and bedding for about a week before this turned up. Took around 2 1/2 weeks to even ship! Only got a rush on posting it when I asked where it was as had run out of the food I had been forced to order from Amazon because there was no sign of it! I was told due to staff shortages in warehouse! Had I been informed it still hadn't even been shipped despite showing on website as picked, I would have cancelled, but was not given this option and it was posted the same day I got my response on this so was too late to di so. When it finally did get damaged it had been badly packaged with minmal packing materials and plastic tubs smashed and layers pellets everywhere. This was not evident until opened but got pathertic refund and no apology as it was "salvaged" despite me ordering tubs for storage purposes which were smashed and useless to me. Definitely avoid and will not be using again! They also are stating on their website that they have 5☆ rating on Trustpilot...how on earth are they getting away with that? Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Don't bother been waiting weeks for a delivery I'm about to serve notice on them

Sent a feeder with a missing leg. E mailed twice now - no response! Rubbish! Avoid!

Place a first order on 10th March of budgie food 20kg. Got my PayPal email waited waited so I contacted them saying I've not had confirmation I'm very worried as disabled woman I rely on deliveries took 2 days to just say delivery 3 to 5 days it's now Thursday 16th March still no delivery I've sent another email but no reply.

My first and last order ever of them.
