Still no reply a week later terrible customer service

Lovely lady Jo. Helpful kind and patient ahe made the difference it's nit easy talking money but she kept me calm and her tone was very timid and non judgemental

My account is currently in credit due to an overpayment, yet despite this, I have received no communication or resolution from them. I have made multiple attempts to contact them via both phone and email, but have had no response whatsoever.

It’s extremely frustrating that a company can hold a customer’s money without any urgency or transparency in resolving the issue. At the very least, I would expect acknowledgment and a clear timeline for returning the overpaid funds.

This lack of communication and customer care is unacceptable. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Link financial are a con company that go around ripping people off. Beware of this company and avoid at all costs.

Constant calls, despite many emails
I have a sick child in hospital. Yet they are still bombarding me with calls

I will be taking this further. Clearly all the good reviews are fake

I have contacted Link Financial three times since February about paying my balance in full (currently paying by direct debit every month) and as of yet have not replied. I then raised an official complaint which I have also not had a response to. It seems that Link have no interest in actually receiving payment for this debt. Next step Ombudsman. Absolutely awful customer service - it shouldn’t be this difficult.

Issued me with a default notice for a debt they bought. I met the terms of the notice, but Link claim I didn't and now won't respond to emails including a formal complaint. They've breached DISP 1.4.1 by failing to acknowledge my complaint within five working days and not treating me fairly. Their claim against me is false and deliberately misleading and I'll contest any attempt they make to register a default against me.

I contacted Link financial to get some advice about a financial matter, I spoke with an advisor called Reece and he was full of advice and helpful information

The young lady from Dublin was a superstar,,so helpful,so caring. What a girl,,100% professional and a joy to speak to!!!! She should be promoted to at least team leader as was so good at her job!!!!! Absolutely brilliant and a perfect advert for your company!!!!!!

Impossible to contact. In the last 2 week I’ve sent two emails, both have been unanswered (it’s an urgent query).

I’ve made over 10 calls to their customer service. The line doesn’t connect you, it either gives you the option to make a payment on the IVR or you leave a message / request a call back. I’ve requested multiple call backs and none have been received.

Absolutely shocking service.

They are uncontactable. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls. I’ve contacted the financial ombudsman, they have half of my details incorrect and the amount they say I owe is completely wrong.
