Good Product
The kids watch is a decent build quality, but after you purchase the watch and data plan you have to subscribe to block ads on the App.
Update: I’ve used the watch for a while now and I’d say the cost is minimal for the service it provides. After more then a year of use I’d say we’re happy with our purchase.

The app is nothing but problems
The app is nothing but problems. And the return process is 15-20 emails telling you to talk to someone else. They said I could return the charge cable since it hadn’t been opened but did not give me a credit. The $50 watch on Amazon is crappy but much better!!

The app is crappy English and barely…
The app is crappy English and barely works. Battery life didn’t even make it through a whole school day. Within 4 months it stopped booting altogether. Nearly three months later I’m still trying to get them to honour the warranty. Waste of money and my son still can’t call me if he falls on a bike ride. I’m so angry.

I did a search in our database however I couldn’t locate an order of a senior watch under the name Lidia. I also haven’t been notified regarding a customer who contacted our support department who was having any trouble that couldn’t be resolved. Would you happen to have your order number so I can provide you with assistance? If not, your file can also be located by providing your email address used to place the order.

One of the only tracking watches that works with Telus and Bell in Canada. Great customer service from Adam at Liltracker! The watch is a good quality too.
My daughter loves her new watch! We have some peace of mind. Highly recommend.

This GPS watch is perfect for divorcees
The Kids tracker works really well and my daughter just loves it. Best of all, I can track or talk to her anytime, especially when she is with the two timing slut, err, I mean her mom.
