I sent flowers from Lily Rose to my sister. For her birthday she was delighted with them and said that the flowers lasted a long time

I loved the choice and the prices matched my budget
My mother in law loved her flowers she took a photo to show me and the colour theme completely matched my idea of autumn colours

I made my order online and found the process very quick and easy. My order was for same day delivery which was also great. The only annoying thing for me was, when I filled out the message part online, the message was never placed on the card for the flowers. So the recipient didn’t actually know who they were from until I called to ask if they had been received.

I placed an order and was charged for same day delivery, I specifically chose a company who could deliver that same day. The flowers were not Delivered until the next day. I emailed to ask why but have had no response

Flowers were lovely but were delivered a day late and packaging had been handled the wrong way up.

Possibly the worst florist EVER!
Wish I’d seen the reviews before. Ordered same day flowers, late that day a generic text to say they couldn’t deliver and would be delivered the next day. The next day I chased only to be told a “system error” meant my flowers hadn’t been delivered again. Requested refund and only got my delivery refunded.Had to chase several times to get the remainder refunded ( Another system error apparently).
No apology, and didnt care at all in my opinion.

Having used this service only once, I would never use them again.
Having decided to spend over £70 on what looked like a nice bunch of flowers and a ballon, my partner recieved a standard looking bunch of flowers with no balloon. What I think is worst is that the message I asked to be with the flowers was also missing, but replaced with a blank card promoting the florist. Whether this was due to my sexuality clearly visible though names, I don't no, but what was supposed to be a heartfelt gesture celebrating our anniversary resulted in pure disappointment.
I emailed customer service after being told this was the only way to raise a complaint after I called their customer service team, I had to chase response and was offered a refund on the ballon, which I have still yet to recive after 3 weeks!

The flowers never arrived and umpteen emails were never replied to.

Lovely flowers which my granddaughter loved, efficiently delivered, would recommend & order again !

Just a fantastic service, we wanted to send flowers for our cousins 60th birthday and they were delivered exactly when we asked, and were still so fresh 2wks later, highly recommend Lillianroseflowers. 👍👍

I don't think you sent the flowers, I sent two chasing emails as per your website instructions - neither received a response, no email confirming delivery etc, no message from my colleague who was about to begin cancer treatment, super stressful, you closed your phone line that weekend due to weather and advise not to chase orders on the phone anyway, the worst service ever - currently chasing reimbursement from my credit card company for a service I doubt you delivered.

Flowers were not delivered till the following day!!! They said they had the wrong address but surely someone could have called me there and then and I would have been given the opportunity to rectify!!! At the end I had to call my partner and disclose the surprise!! Totally unacceptable. Never again
