Made an order online, for delivery, so didn't actually see the flowers myself. The person who received the flowers, said they were absolutely stunning. Thankyou so much lillianroseflowers.

Although customer service was good, the quality of the product was more than disappointing with very little for a lot of money. Would have done better in getting a bouquet from any supermarket.

I ordered two bouquets for March 8th. Received only one bouquet on March 9. I am extremely not satisfied with your service. Please return all the money.

Wonderful flowers, so pleased with the arrangement. They were a fitting tribute to this particular gentleman.

Awful company! Ordered same day flowers, got a message to say they hadn’t been able to deliver that day but would deliver tomorrow. I replied the flowers must not be sent the following day as the recipient would no longer be there. I was told that I could have a delivery refund but that’s it as flowers on the van. I am still arguing for my refund but with no contact. They don’t answer the phone, reply to emails or text. Awful do not use!!!!!

Did not receive the purchase nor any correspondence after payment. Currently awaiting a visa claim against your company. Avoid at all costs!

There was more packaging than actual flowers and they did not last very long, however fast and efficient delivery and were fresh on arrival.

The delivered bouquet it was not similar to the one on the photo (not even closer). I wasked my daughter to send me a photo!

The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time . Very good experience.

The only thing I would have liked is an email or text to let me know they had been delivered.

Was some misunderstanding but was sorted the flowers only lasted 5 days not the fault was the florist they used

Absolutely gutted and so upset!! I was expecting as described a nice spray of flowers so I upgraded to large, today I received a bunch of flowers with half of the heads missed of them, all bunched and squeezed in together. It’s my mums birthday and my surprise flowers look like they’ve come from a petrol station!! I am so so upset!! Never ever again!!

I ordered these flowers for my sister in law but unfortunately didn't follow up on them because my husband went into hospital. However, I spoke to her today only to find that they were never received!

This was an absolute rip off. My Valentines flowers were trash, plastic bow, wrapped in cheap plastic and looked NOTHING like the picture. The chocolates were Poundland Milky tray instead of the gourmet chocolates I paid for on the site. They were wrapped hideously, sticky tape everywhere. They didn’t even bother delivering the card. So embarrassing for me. I complained and guess what, 2 weeks later all I’ve heard is that they are waiting for feedback from the florist. I mean I sent PICTURES. This company is shameful.

My flowers were not delivered on the day I chose...when I called to find out why I could not get to speak to anyone who could help me. In fact apparently thee was no order?They had been delivered to the parcel office so arrived 2 days late. I found the customer service experience very unsatisfactory.

Ordered online flowers , great price and gorgeous flowers that lasted well !

Flowers were delivered within a couple of hours of ordering. Excellent service.
