Lighting Legends Arvostelua

The post sale service, website and quality of product were and are top class. One of the best companies I have had the please to deal with. Ciera was responsive, knowledgeable and v v helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them and will definitely buy lights from them, in the future. Thankyou

My third purchase and I'm still impressed with the quality and service. Speedy delivery and well made lighting. Keep up the good work

Firstly ignore the negative comments.

Lighting Legends are exactly what the name suggests LEGENDS.

Quality products first class communication and swift delivery.
The lights I ordered have transformed our garden.
A very Big Thankyou.

Great product along with excellent after sales support. Even 2 years after first purchase. Will def be using again.

We first noticed lightning legends on Facebook. Loved the look and colour of the lights. We’ve now got 3 sets and they have totally transformed the look of the garden. So easy to install and fantastic quality.
Ordering was so easy and quick delivery time. Also the customer support team are so helpful and friendly, if you have any queries. Will definitely be ordering another couple of sets next year. Highly recommended.

Good response from queries about products and the quality and reliability of the products have been great ! When I wanted to extend one of my much older strings it turned out the new ones have a different link configuration. The support team responded to my query within the day and sent an adapter. One of the problems of them lasting a long time !

I ordered the Festoon lights not sure how things would work but I have to say they were dispatched quickly, delivered safely and having installed them have been delighted with the product and the look, they've really transformed our garden into a living space that's warm and inviting.

The modular products are well designed and perfect for what we needed to give our garden a lift. Everything was packaged nicely, explained well and delivered promptly. Really good experience!

After a recent garden makeover we were looking to add some lighting to finish it off. Tired of years of frequently replacing solar lights and having minimal or no light in the winter, we decided to look at a more sustainable and reliable option. After much research we decided to opt for Lighting Legends and are so glad that we did. Ordering and delivery were seamless along with fantastic customer service, which I had contacted with a few quickly answered queries. We purchased the Pro Link fairly lights and the Elite Festoon lights, the quality is excellent. We also added the Wi-Fi outdoor double socket which my electrician fitted in no time at all. I was able to connect all the lights and have them all installed on my own in around 30-45 minutes, so easy. What a fantastic addition to our outdoor space, the light given off is incredible, although dimmable, and very ambient. Having the addition of the Wi-Fi socket is a real bonus as I can control the lights from anywhere in the house or garden and even from out local swing park when out walking our dog. Highly recommended and will not hesitate to purchase again from Lighting Legends when adding to our garden.

I knew I wanted lights in my back garden, but I didn't know exactly the look I wanted, how I'd mount them, the exact length and a few other things. After speaking with the customer service people a few times via email I felt alot more happy and placed the order.

My lights go all around the perimeter of my garden and look great! I can totally recommend them. Thanks!

Great service along with superb product from lighting legends, very happy with addition to our outdoor space.

First class service from Lighting Legends as always. Excellent quality lights, the heavy duty string lights plus the remote control unit. Look brilliant.

The out door lighting set is a good quality. I'm giving a 3 star review due to customer service. After I bought the lights it became apparent that I would need a additional capping screw to make the lighting cable water tight when storing away. I wrote to Lighting Legends to ask if I could buy this from them (a small plastic cap which would be fairly inexpensive) I offered to pay for the item and even the postage and packaging. The company said this was not possible and I would need to buy a whole new set of lights. Come one Lighting Legends a little bit of customer care and understanding goes a long way.

Bought 2 separate lights systems them and both have failed
after 1 year. They look attractive when first purchased but unfortunately they don't last long. Sorry to report this as I hoped not to write this.

Super quick delivery, quality as good as ever!

Excellent experience all around. Lights are good quality, easy to set up and work well. Quick delivery too, on both of my orders.

Good product, good price, good delivery.
‘Nuff said

We really do like our elite 30m lighting they are really well made and the part you can buy to dim the lighting is awesome we are really pleased with the delivery and everything from start to finish..mm

High team.
I have now purchased 4 sets of Super elite festoon warm white lights at various lengths.
Every time service and delivery have been excellent. The lights are of excellent quality and emit a great amount of light.
One issue however that I am having unfortunately is squirrels biting through the drop down cables to the bulb fittings.
So far 4 times, so have had to buy yet another set of 15m lights and also had to purchase from another garden light company 16mm black conduit in the hope it deters them.
It is becoming very expensive.
I just wonder if any other customers have had the same issue and just thought you should be made aware of it.

We purchased the outdoor festoon lighting, and love them for our pergola! They're really high quality, and have lots of options of length for both the lights and the plug extension, which meant we could tailor it to our garden.
We needed to contact customer services to help with a return of spare lighting, and Ciera was really kind and professional, and was able to solve our issue.
A huge thanks, we've already been recommending you to friends and family!
