Brilliant at Basildon store
Went in to Basildon store to purchase my first scooter. Was very nervous as big life change but Mark at the store was so helpful. He really put my mind at rest and showed me several different models which I then had a go on round the test track. Ended up buying a folding one and it has allowed me to start going out again with my partner. Mark was really helpful and not pushy which I really liked and I loved how all the staff were laughing and joking with me

the staff where marvelous

We completely understand that you have been left wanting in regards to answers, with this order we do not hold stock of this product and as such we ordered it direct from the manufacturer.
This is standard practice but in this case has left us open to lacking answers when they themselves do not provide us with them on the matter of delivery.

Mobility Scooter order
The purchase process was simple to follow, as was claiming VAT relief. Communication was great and delivery was sooner than expected, with the driver informing us of arrival time.
On arrival, the driver had the mobility scooter assembled and fully charged ready for use. Unlike most deliveries the driver took time and care to go through assembly, advised about battery care, maintenance and provided information about adequate insurance cover.
We would highly recommend Lifestyle & Mobility a first rate service in every respect.
