Life Balance Chiropractic Arvostelua 

Having read others' reviews, there is little I can say to enhance the obvious benefits the team at Life Balance bring.
Like many I shuffled in for my first appointment in severe pain, unable to function, sleep, or work. Not a quick fix given the years of abuse my back has suffered, but I wanted a lasting cure not yet more painkillers or surgery.
Now, pain free with full movement and able to work, dive, sail, travel, compete admirably with my Sons, even roller coasters~Not recommended by Dr Smith :}.

X-rays were taken and fully explained , then a treatment plan was put together. After only three weeks of treatment I have noticed an improvement in my mobility and day to day comfort.
I would recommend Life Balance to anyone who is suffering with back pain.

I have suffered with multiple chronic health conditions for all of my adult life and have tried a wide variety of holistic therapies over the years but chiropractic has bar far shone about the rest! The staff at Life Balance are always professional and make you feel completely at ease! Josh, the chiropractor, is extremely knowledgeable, understanding and is always eager to help in anyway he can!

Dr. Josh truly understands the way your body can work for you and not against you, his methods accompanied by his outstanding knowledge and pure passion around the area has helped me far exceed my health expectations. All around friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I couldn't recommend him and all the life balance team more.

After the first couple of appointments, I was able to move about a lot easier. The initial appointment was very thorough and the x-rays were explained in detail so that I was fully aware of what was wrong with me and the treatments offered. The manipulations that I received were professionally carried out in comfortable surroundings. I would recommend Life Balance without hesitation.

Amazing chiropractor and more, he has a natural ability and an almost holistic approach, coupled with on site digital X-ray equipment. His knowledge is incredible even for someone twice his age.

An amazing family run Chiropractors. Josh is very passionate about Chiropractic, all he wants to do is help people. I had knee problems, but after seeing him for several months they have completely gone. Keep up the good work!!

After 20 years of constant back pain I decided to try a Chiropractor . This was the best decision after first visit I felt my pain begin to ease . Dr Josh is amazing and really knows what he is doing . He is so professional and puts you at ease immediately . Rosie is so friendly and welcoming . She manages the accounts and booking appointments with ease and is so helpful . The practice is relaxing and comfortable and has a lovely modern approach. I would recommend a visit ASAP !!

At Life Balance, they make you feel welcome and comfortable the moment you walk through the door. Dr Josh really knows his stuff and explains everything really well. An adjustment only takes a couple of minutes but makes a huge difference. I've seen massive improvements in not just my back pain but in many other areas of my life too. I have more energy, I sleep better and my mood has improved. I love going there and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Years having chronic back pain from spondylolisthesis and reluctant to have surgery as told this is my last option, I visited Dr Josh, I am overwhelmed and feeling positive after 2 treatments from him I have for the first time in years not woke up with a dull pain along my left side, I feel more energetic and happy, and Dr Josh has put confidence in me my condition is treatable without invasive surgery! I have a long way to go and 2 months of further chiropractic sessions. This chap is a genius !
