We were impressed with the knowledge and expertise of Shayne at first but when time came to crunch multiple things/information he originally provided changed - so much so that we lost faith in everything Shayne had to say after a certain point.

We were planning on doing home loan refinance and new home loan with Shayne however changed it to just have the refinance completed with broker and we went direct to the bank for the home loan. Honestly, if the refinance was not so close to being completed/settled we would have cancelled that also.

On multiple occasions the bank staff who we spoke with over the phone and in the branch said this is information your broker should be helping with.

We did get there in the end however it was very stressful and a long road.

Shayne was extremely helpful throughout the whole process walking me through each step, ensuring everything was progressing in a timely manner. He made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Will definitely be recommending Shayne to anyone that needs a broker.

The whole process was extremely cumbersome. Multiple requests for the same information. Taking too long to sort things out and despite constantly being in touch and asking for confirmation that everything had been supplied, last minute requests kept coming.
I felt that Liberty really did not know what they were doing. It was an extremely stressful experience.

Shayne from day one has been wonderful and helpful, he was recommended to us through a friend and was the best choice we ever made switching to him. We look forward to working with Shayne throughout our lives and if it wasn't for him, we would still be renting and looking for a house, i can't thank him enough and for all those long hours he put in.
