After the difficulty displayed from heritage bank, Ruth’s tireless hard work and determination reached our goal securing a construction loan. Ruth was always on hand to assist at anytime we required her input and assistance. Where we live, in middle Victoria, we do not get good internet service. Thus we were often late in sending information required. Also every so often we were asked for more information, some that had already been sent. It took almost 8 months for our deal to be finalised.

In our area, don’t always receive the internet, so to communicate with emails only is sometimes difficult. A phone call occasionally would be helpful and a time when to call when convenient would be helpful
