Lewins Jewellers Arvostelua

Lovely selection of jewellery, real gold items not plated as in most high street jewellers. Found all the staff very friendly. I was given a very fair price for some broken/unwanted gold. I would recommend them.

My friend recommended lewins jewellers, I took 3 items in to be fixed, they did an amazing job, very well informed, and very respectful, my items were fixed in the given time scale, I will definitely be going back there

With a reducing number of independent jewellers it’s great to find exceptional service from Mehmet & staff. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and never tries to upsell. I’ve been delighted with the service & price & would highly recommend!

Great experience will use again mehmet was knowledgable and Helpfull Thankyou 👌😊

I went into Lewins jewelers in Sutton in April this year been going for last 20 years and was served by a lovely kind lady named Hazel she was so sweet and helpful and spent so much time with me trying to choose a family members birthday present her time spent with me was precious and she was very experienced in what she does I felt like I had known her for years her personality is amazing .❤️

I visited Lewins today with what I believed to be mostly a box of costume jewellery and just wanted a price on a few items. Fortunately Mehmet corrected my mistake as he took the time and effort to look through everything I had and I’m really glad he did. I left having sold a lot more than I expected at a price I never expected. A throughly honest and excellent customer service experience.

Excellent service from Mehmet and his team. I recently had 2 rings resized and was really pleased with the result and they came back nicely polished. Thank you

Him was a friendly person and good customs skills

Great, friendly and professional service.

Had my bracelet and ring fixed recently. They did a great job and was so much cheaper than other high street jewellers.

Thank you

I will always use your service,
As I always recieved genuine JEWELRY, value for money,
Will call again,
Thanks.

Mehmet is not just my go to jewellers but he became a friend not many independent family concerns remain so it's imperative that they are supported. The quality of stock is outstanding as is the service. I rest my case.

Mehmet was very professional with dealing with my enquiry. I was a bit nervous at first but never felt forced or uncomfortable when selling my gold. I felt no pressure and didnt have to decide straight away. I came away very happy. Thank you Mehmet

Myself and my daughter went to lewins on Saturday to have 2 rings fixed and resized and myself I was selling some gold the type of service we received from mehmet was what you get from a well run family business he went above and beyond for myself and my daughter we will always use lewins now

I took my broken jewellery to Lewins, they were extremely courteous, polite and very helpful. The repairs were done to a high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend them or to go to them again.

What great customer service at Lewins, staff are friendly and professional.
Mehmet was able to give an estimate for replacing a diamond in my engagement ring on the spot. The works were carried out and returned for me to collect in 2 weeks. I’m so happy with the results, my ring looks better than ever!
I would highly recommend this team

Lewins Jewellers was recently recommended to me by a family member and I’m very pleased that I visited the store to have my watch repaired.
