Great communication & Help
Jake at the lettings hub, was amazing! - Really helpful, as we use TLH for our referencing, he was able to navigate to the reference quickly, and advised what we needed to do in the scenario and how we could achieve a passed reference and provided different options on how we would do this. Jake was very polite, true asset to the team.

Just extremely inefficient - don't recommend landlords using
There are some genuinely brilliant staff members I have spoken to and I don't want to detract from that. However, there is a structural issue in that the staff don't seem to get assigned a case which they see through from start to end, but rather a different staff member will look at the case each day. This leads to massive issues: I have been requested the same information by different people multiple times, asked the same questions multiple times, no kind of continuity, and I'm having to explain my current rental situation from top to bottom afresh 2-3 times a day at this point, because that's how often I'm getting calls. It's extremely inconvenient and costly for landlords given how much time this process is taking. If I had been assigned one caseworker (so to speak), we could sort out the entire process in probably 10 minutes at most. Not the worst company in the world, but greatly inefficient
