Suite à une révision payante sur une montre haut de gamme printemps 2025, celle-ci prend de l’avance .Je souhaitais savoir la marche à suivre La boutique de Genève ayant fermé , j’ai téléphoné, écris 2 emails, essayé de contacter par WhatsApp.. depuis 3 semaines je reste sans AUCUNE réponse.. je ne sais pas comment cela est possible

J'ai achété une montre Parmigiani Fleurier chez Les Ambassadeurs Genève en février 2025. Depuis la boutique de Genève a fermé ses portes.
J'ai contacté Les Ambassadeurs qui a d'autres boutiques à Lucerne, Zurich et Luxembourg pour savoir comment je pouvais commander un maillon supplémentaire pour le bracelet de ma montre et faire une réparation très rapide sur la boucle déployante supplémentaire.
Le service client m'a répondu d'aller sur le site de la manufacture Pamigiani pour trouver un autre revendeur. Comme indiqué, Les Ambassadeurs ont d'autres boutiques et sont toujours revendeurs Pamigiani.
En bref, maintenant que j'ai acheté un garde temps chez eux, je ne suis plus intéressant...
Je comprends mieux les difficultés du groupe Les Ambassadeurs.

Avoid at all costs. They wanted to see my bank statements from the past three months and wage slips to prove I was worthy to gamble on their site. At 73 I am quite able to determine whether or not I can afford to enjoy their games. When I refused to let them pry into my personal details they closed my non existent account. There are many many gambling sites available who will treat you with respect and appreciate your custom. We don’t need sites like this. Avoid like the plague. Their customer service is nothing short of appalling

Scumbags frequent this place, was in the other day and saw Dai Yongge verbally abusing staff and other customers. Would avoid if you dont want to be subject to this kind of behaviour

Just a disgusting, toxic environment. Run into the ground by hideous clients. I lost 16 points on every table. Pay your staff, pay the taxes.

This is the third time this has happened now… The owner Mr Dai forced me into the toilets and took my innocence away. I must add I wasn’t interested in doing these activities and made it very clear I was then homeless for the night because of no overnight stays👍🏻

Neglectful senior management have ruined what was a well run establishment. Poor attention to detail and lack of investment in the place. Avoid until management are replaced.

Awful experience, met this strange lad called Dai. Seemed nice to start but as the time went on, her showed his true colours. He started off spending money on drinks and it was an enjoyable time, but towards the end of the evening my word did the atmosphere change. He started selling items in the casino on eBay! He was listing the very chair I was sat on, without telling me. I asked for a taxi to get the hell out of there and Mr Yongge (he no longer wanted me to call him Dai) said he had sorted a taxi, when I went to walk outside, he told me it was going to cost me another £100! I was shocked and stuck, I had no option, other than jump onto the roulette table during the middle of a game. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Sell Before We Dai

Very rude person called Dai Yongge, He didn't even say well done on my win, just stuck his nose up. I would never go back to this casino as Dai Yongge is skint. #sellbeforewedai sell the club you clown.

Awful yet again and it has been since 2017. The owners obviously don’t give a damn about its members(fans) apart from this vile man I bumped into Mr Yongge, disgusting behaviour, tried shafting me from behind!! I told a senior member of staff who turned out to be his sister, gave such a weak response and resolved nothing. Very currupt place and the food…..oh lord. Avoid at all costs

Terrible place in a nice area - the ownership are robbers in all aspects - destroy football clubs and businesses left right and centre .
Casino is grubby feel , dirty and terrible smell around.

Had to wear a coat for the whole time I was there because the heating had been switched off to save money.
Another gentleman had a heart attack but the defibrillator batteries hadn’t been replaced.
I had a gem that they only gave me £20 in chips for, but they said I could borrow the gem back.
Food was dreadful, straight from a microwave because they’d sacked the chef.

A Chinese gentleman stole my Reading jersey off my back and urinated all over it while standing on a blackjack table and windmilling.

I wasn’t spoken too upon arrival and didn’t get spoken too all evening. My meal was straight from a microwave. The staff are doing their best with the tools that they have but it is affecting the everyday running of the business and prevents enjoyment for your customers. I would advise a change of ownership.

I was interested in taking out membership until I realised that are you letting criminals like Dai Yongge use your club!

RIP offs just like all the online slots. Dont bother with these scammers

I especially like their carefully selected products and high service orientated mind-set.
