This company portrays itself as a uk based company and has london contact details. The phone number doesnt work and Ive had no response from the email address. I ordered some Hokas from here and the were shipped from China smelt of chemicals and when comparing them to another pair i own look like cheap fakes. Requesting a charge back from my credit card company now

Thoroughly poor service, fake tracking numbers, poor customer service and weeks of waiting for a product that doesn't arrive. Avoid at all costs!!!

It's a scam. Do not buy from them. Customer care re e phone number doesn't work. No one replied to email. Any order numbers or tracking numbers doesn't work

Got my credit card company looking into it.

I wish I had read other people’s experiences. I purchased a jumper on 20/12/2025. they have taken £49.99 and no goods received. Will not respond to requests for an update regarding the order or a refund. Avoid this company!!

This company pretends to be in the uk but ships out of China. The website is very misleading, the goods that turn up look nothing like the images. In short they sell absolute cheap crap and rubbish. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
