Avoid at all costs! Ordered some Hoka Clifton shoes which I thought were a great deal. When they arrived, the sizing was completely off (and I'm always a 4), the quality seemed cheap. Only then of course I checked Trustpilot and found that loads of customers experienced the same issues. Have emailed now asking for a FREE refund as advertised, but have little hope that I will get anywhere. £65 down the drain which was supposed to be my birthday present. Thanks for nothing, scammers.

Same as everyone else has said on here bought the HOKA CLIFTON 10 running shoes thinking I was getting a good deal and with them supposedly being a UK based company getting shoes next day was perfect only to find out once id received the tracking that it's not with royal mail and they arnt based on the uk. The phone number they use is set up to just ring so you don't actually ever get to speak to a real person nor do they respond to emails within the 24 hour window that is stated on there website.

Cheap Chinese copies. Looks like a UK company which state 3 to 4 days delivery more like 4 weeks. Quality poor. Will not refund money unless you send back to china

Ordered a pair of school shoes for my son today thinking that they were great value for money after my order was processed. I noticed that this company is not actually based in the United Kingdom and operates out of China which raised my suspicions I then had a look at the reviews left on trustpilot and my heart sank luckily and I hope I’m lucky I requested to cancel the order within two hours of placing the order so I’m hoping that they will cancel the order and send me a refund. I will keep this post updated with the outcome.

What an awful experience, likely one of those companies that set up, rip people off, then close down and set up as another company. The sizes are all over the place and trying to get assistance when you need it is horrendous. Save your time and money and let this company dissolve.

One star just to leave a review. Order never arrived, no refund, customer service will only send generic messages. Absolutely pathetic. Thieves.

I made a mistake of assuming this is a British based company meeting high standards. How disappointing…!
The design is poor and fitting awful; zip got stuck after three times. The after sales service is non existent and they try every way to not refund your money.
Eventually I gave up and threw a very expensive item in the bin.

What an absolute pile of rubbish they sent me. Allegedly it was reduced from £70. Seventy pence more like it. Its poorly made, cheap nylon material and nowhere near the size I ordered. I should have done my research and seen what others said. The charity shop will have a donation today as, judging from the comments, you don't get your money back. Charlatans who should be ashamed of themselves.

Smith Fashion uses a UK website URL, which strongly implies a UK-based business. This is misleading. The item was shipped from China, the sizing was not UK sizing, and the quality was poor and not as described.

When I requested a return and full refund, I was told I must pay extremely high return costs to China or accept a small partial refund. The company refused to negotiate or take responsibility for their misleading advertising.

This business makes it very difficult for customers to return unsuitable items and appears to rely on people giving up due to the cost. I would strongly warn others not to use this company.

Purchased a linen jacket very recently,took ages to arrive. Quality terrible, it didn’t fit so contacted them to return it. They offered me 20% to keep the jacket. To return the jacket it would have cost more than the jacket. They are all made in China, it’s a scam!

Arrived 15 says delivery! Quality of fabric cheap and nasty. Don't buy anything from this site, bloody rip off, lesson learned. £50 down the drain!

Scam do not buy from this website i will be reporting them today.. 10 days since i order my item it never arrived.. Plus the phone number they provided is not avtive scam!!!

I have purchased a sweater from them. On their website they displayed the product to be made of wool (proof photo 1). It had cost me around 40 GBP.
But when i received the product, to my surprise, the tag of the product says, it’s made of 100% polyester and was made in china!! The product is also of the lowest quality possible and isn’t wearable even at home.
Then i mailed them to arrange a return. There wasn’t any reply for a week. And the phone number provided on their website isn’t active. Then I reported the issue to paypal as i had paid through paypal and sent one more mail to smith fashion. They replied to my second mail.
They acknowledged that the mistake happened from their side, but still, they are asking me to bear the return cost. And has given an address to china to return the product. Given that, to return a product to china, custom tax will also be added on top of the delivery charge. All together it will cost at least 15-35 GBP.
They are just scammers. The product comes from china, takes around 3-4 weeks,and no where near the advertised photo on their website.
Avoid at any cost.

Bought a coat

On the website it says that it'll take 10-15 days to be delivered

Bought the jacket on the 25th of November

Emailed the company 15 days later to ask where my jacket was

They said it was still at the warehouse

I asked for a refund

They said no

Its now been 27 days since ordering and I still haven't got it

I ordered the Checked Wool Overcoat in brown, and it looks very classy. The fabric feels soft and keeps me warm during my morning commute. I honestly wish the pockets were a tiny bit bigger, but everything else is perfect. I wear it all the time now.

The Slim Fit Trench Coat is fantastic. It is lightweight but still warm enough for chilly mornings. I was worried about the size, but it fits true to size. I kinda regret not getting it in black, but the grey one still looks really good.

Do NOT order from Smithfashion. Do NOT trust sizes or quality. I ordered a Large, which I am in all my other Overcoats. The overcoat arrived after nearly a month, I could not fit my arm through the sleeve or both arms in at the same time. I wanted a refund as it looks nothing like the photos, but they only send a new size for £9.99. I got a tailor to measure me, sent the sizes and a picture of me trying on the jacket. I said I would pay if they can advise on size. No response to multiple emails.

I really like my new Tailored Wool Overcoat. It fits just right and makes me look sharp for work. The grey color is nice and matches my suits well. Shipping was free and came pretty quickly. Definitely a great store for men's fashion.

I ordered a dress back in August. It has not arrived. I've been told it was lost in transit and that I will receive a refund. The refund has not materialsied and my emails are not being answered any more.

15.12.25 I have already taken all the steps mentioned in Smith Fashion's response and have received no refund.
