Bought car from distance and sold with air conditioning as part of the features. Paid to have delivered. On very first drive air conditioning blowing hot air. Reported this to them & they said it had passed their PDI and RAC check & was working fine when it left them!
Took into local Ford dealer who charged £85 to inspect and said that it needed new condenser & quoted £947.77 to fix. They also said that this had not just happened. Leeds offered me a derisory £100 contribution towards the cost or bring back for refund of car price. They ended up giving £300 when pushed.
As it cost £360 to be delivered, I could not justify another £360 to get it back to them.
We had the work completed by an air con specialist at a total cost of £700 for a new condenser & took about 4 hours labour to complete, as bolts rusted tight where it had been leaking. No way this would have been missed by any sort of professional inspection.
All in all, I wouldn't trust this company as this clearly was an old fault but they just tried to lie about the condition.
Not excellent customer service.

I bought my first car from here 4 years ago and was entirely happy with this little runaround until an idiot smashed into this writing off. The service was excellent given by Callum so I have now returned again to buy my second car from here. It was Callum who dealt with me again. Again service was excellent

Great company to buy a car from whether its your first car or you're wanting to find something new. I highly recommend Nick he explained the process so well. Once I found the car for me, I was able to take the car for a test drive by myself. This made the experience so much better for me.

Purchasing Mazda 3 from Leeds Motor Company and the service from Nick has been great with no high pressure selling. I wasn't intending to part exchange my current car but Nick suggested doing this and offered a fair price which I accepted. This has made life simpler for me. Overall, very friendly and efficient service. I would certainly recommend LMC.

I recently decided to renew my car and as I had dealt with Leeds Motor Company before I decided to go there. AS before Tony was exceedingly patient in finding me the car just right for me. He remembered my needs from the last time, Automatic, petrol and 4 door. He allowed me a test drive to make sure I was happy with it.
Even after I purchased it he was really helpful in making sure I got my road tax and DVLA notifications done properly. He help me fill in retention forms to keep my personal registration He has even offered when I get my V6 form and retention slip returned he will organise one of the staff to change my plates. He was never pushy like some salesmen are and I never felt under pressure.
I would really recommend this company and I hope I don't need to buy another car soon but if I do it will certainly be LEEDS MOTOR COMPANY
