Leeds Bradford Airport  Arvostelua 

We were really disappointed with our experience at the Executive Lounge at Leeds Bradford Airport. The lounge was very dirty and poorly maintained, which is not what you expect when paying for an airport lounge.

To make matters worse, the food was cold and unappetising, with the overall standard falling well below what we expected. The whole point of booking an executive lounge is to have a clean, comfortable place to relax before your flight, but unfortunately that simply wasn’t the case.

For the price you pay, I would expect much better standards of cleanliness, food quality and overall service. Sadly, I would not recommend this lounge based on our experience.

Easy to book parking. Shuttle bus arrived within 5 minutes of us getting to the stop and the journey to the airport drop-off was quick. Instructions getting to the car park was clear in the confirmation e-mail and there was good signage directing to the entrance.

Outward travel was fine and so was the return up until we were waiting to collect our baggage. 1.5hrs waiting.
It took over 1hr even before a representative from Swissport who look after the baggage side of things came to speak with the passengers.
They gave an excuse that a lot of flights had arrived together which wasn’t true. We could see this from the arrivals on the website.
Jet2 flights arriving around the same time were processed quickly, but they employ their own baggage handlers who obviously provide a much more efficient service.
I sent a complaint to the airport who responded promptly but informed as this service was provided by an agent contracted to the airline and not them, they had no control over it.
Whilst they may not have direct control, it is in their interests to do what they can to ensure adequate performance from all service providers and failings such as this will or should be discussed at stakeholder meetings.
If they aren’t addressing this in such a manner then it is just as much a failing on the airport management as it is with Swissports.

Very quick service. Got my keys straight away. 3 minute walk from our terminal. Was a little expensive at £140 for a week but worth it as they take lots of photos of your car as you go in.

We booked airport parking for £89 for the whole week which we thought was very good value for money. Unfortunately, our car broke down and so we were unable to use the parking and had to pay for Taxi transfers instead. Despite the stressful start to the holiday and added expense, Leeds Bradford Airport agreed to refund us on this occasion considering the circumstances which we really appreciated. We hope to be able to book with you again in the near future. Thank you!

A bit like everything at LBA. Crap.

Excellent service simple to use no fuss exactly what you need when travelling. Did exactly what you would hope.

I paid an exorbitant amount for Premium Short Stay parking hoping I would find a space for a blue badge holder. None available, so I parked where a car par person suggested. I returned to find I had contravened LBA parking regulations. I now await details of contravention costs.

Did the meet and greet at Leeds Bradford Airport, was so easy and the staff were lovely and so informative its the first time we've done it but will definitely do it again , also did the vip lounge that was brilliant worth every penny , we were so chilled boarding our flight , Leeds Bradford you were amazing....

Very expensive for quality of car parking. Parked in overflow gravel dust bowl. Very poor signage for exit

Easy to find, bus was there when we left the car and also when we returned. Can’t fault the service.

Ease of parking to leave & return with small children. Shuttle bus was great, never having to wait long. Perfect for when you have small children & late/early flights

Well signposted, no delays and plenty of spaces.

Amazing service, so simple to book, just turn up, drive through, drop your keys off and away you fly. On return, clear customs, grab your bags and head back to the collection point, hand in your ticket and get your keys back and drive home. Such a simple, easy process. Brilliant thank you. Oh and the cost of parking is really good too. Staff friendly and so helpful

Good location, booking straightforward.

The people without question. Everyone we came across were professional and kind and looked like they really enjoyed their jobs. Airport was very clean and easily accessible from the long stay car parks.

Very easy to get to meet and greet car park. Staff very helpful. It was very quick and easy to leave your car and get it back. We'll use it again.

I haven't used this parking in the past. I found friendly staff even at the early hours.
What I can say in truth is that the experience is seamless and I'll be choosing this option each and every time I fly from LBA.

Parking at Leeds Bradford was easy, booked our parking, arrived 20 minutes early but able to access car park. We were in car park 4 which isn’t finished so is on gravel but not an issue. Collected at the bus stop in minutes and the bus driver lady was so lovely. Same on our return no issues at all.

Excellent service, easy and simply to book parking 😀 👌
