Leeds Bradford Airport  Arvostelua 

The flight out of Leeds Bradford was a great experience, however, the return was terrible. Had to wait 50 minutes after getting off the plane to get into the airport because of queues. We had our 14-month granddaughter with us and expected to wait so long in the direct sunlight about 30c. Until they’ve sorted the situation we definitely won’t be using this airport again.

On our return to Ireland having spent a very enjoyable day in Leeds we were greeted by a gentleman named Tim T who helped us through security and actually walked with us to our departure gate, this was a lovely gesture and completely unexpected.

The airport is being refurbished and we look forward to seeing the finished project as we most certainly will be travelling back to Leeds again quite soon.

Everyone we met in the city and subsequently in the airport could not have been more accommodating and I am delighted to show my appreciation in this missive.

Used Meet & Greet parking for the second time for our summer holiday this year - the process for booking in and collecting is really straightforward and the staff at Meet & Greet have been really friendly and helpful. It's also very convenient to park on site and access the airport quickly, particularly if you have a really early flight.
I would have awarded 5 stars but for the experience with twilight check in the evening before - we followed all instructions in the M&G terms and conditions - arrived after 4pm and used the Pick Up/Drop Off car park for less than an hour (only around 15 minutes as Jet2 bag drop was quiet) - however, upon leaving there was a £10 charge on the exit screen so I pressed the call button and explained we were doing twilight bag drop and were booked M&G next morning; the guy I spoke to was so rude and patronising, arguing that I should have gone to M&G if I was booked there - I explained really politely that use of PUDO car park were the instructions on our booking confirmation but he continued to be really rude. I asked if he needed my registration but he refused to take that and wanted my booking reference, so I needed to find the email etc to provide. He then finally found the booking, told me off again in a raised voice for using the 'wrong' car park and we finally managed to leave after spending more time trying to leave than we spent at bag drop!
This experience was such a shame when all of the other staff we've encountered have been so helpful.

Simple and straightforward manageable cost

Arrived at long stay car park at Leeds Bradford airport on time, camera recognised my number plate, got parked quickly and was picked up by a shuttle bus within 10 minutes.
Returned 10 days later and no issues with my car or driving through the barriers…definitely no problems at all!

Easy to book, easy to find, easy to park, £11.50p a day what’s not to like. I’d recommend and definitely book this again when flying from Leeds. Oh and the bus transfer to the airport was very regular and easy.

Easy to find and use. The only down side was to having to stand in a queue in the rain as its being operated from a porta-cabin, but hopefully when the construction work is finished this will change

Parking with ease. From booking to parking.

I paid for premium parking at Leeds Bradford Airport. The parking bays were a lot bigger than the normal parking.
We got free fast track passes with the parking which was so useful, not having to join the long queues.
The parking was so o find, the map provided wasn’t needed.
I would recommend this especially if you have a new or large vehicle.

So easy to park, lots of spaces and the bus is quick and easy. Number plate recognition meant entry and exit really simple. Would use the service again.

Meet and Greet car park was perfect. We’ve done the one at Manchester and it was terrible.
English speaking people, polite and car looked after. Definitely use again.

Fantastic from start to finish. Frequently use Leeds Bradford Long Stay for Parking when away on holiday. Easy from Start to finish. Happy that no one has to move our car and we keep our keys with us. Highly recommend

The airport continues with renovations. Even with the new spaces people were sat on the floor, restaurants are dirty. Signs sending you the wrong way. This airport needs more than the work being done. They could learn something from the likes of Newcastle. Should be so much better.

Made the short 5 day trip really easy and great value for money.

Stress free. Very easy to book and manage online. No issues finding a space on arrival. Walking distance to and from the airport with suitcases. Convenient with kids. Definitely recommend! Thank you. 5 stars

Couldn't fault it,easy to find,easy to access and park car,hand key's over get receipt, friendly man in office, told which way to departures 2 minute walk,definitely use again 👍👍

A miserable airport focussing on maximising profits while making passengers pay. Although refurb is in progress that doesn’t mean staff at the security desks can’t be smart, professional and polite. I have no confidence in them at all. New parts of the terminal are an improvement but not much of one. You still use the same taxi monopoly of rude and inefficient morons. Parking is ok but you pay through the nose for it and dropping people off is ridiculously expensive.

We were really disappointed with our experience at the Executive Lounge at Leeds Bradford Airport. The lounge was very dirty and poorly maintained, which is not what you expect when paying for an airport lounge.

To make matters worse, the food was cold and unappetising, with the overall standard falling well below what we expected. The whole point of booking an executive lounge is to have a clean, comfortable place to relax before your flight, but unfortunately that simply wasn’t the case.

For the price you pay, I would expect much better standards of cleanliness, food quality and overall service. Sadly, I would not recommend this lounge based on our experience.
