This is absolutely the worst company i have ever dealt with. They took weeks to send an order. I received the wrong order. I was told that the restocking fee could be waived due to them taking almost 3 weeks to fulfill the order that I ordered in more than enough time to receive before Christmas but I did not. I had to pay $135 for return shipping fees. I had to email them to inform them that they received my return weeks ago, only then did I receive an email stating that my return had been accepted. I could not imagined the message I received next, after paying $135 to return the items, I now have to pay the $66.84 restocking fee before they will return my refund. The refund that they have calculated minus the restocking fee that i'm being asked to pay in advance. Lastly, I emailed about my refund and was told, "we are urging our manager to process the refund." WTH is this a one man shop that holds customer's money hostage until they can squeeze every dime out of them? I urge anyone, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I order online for everything. I am a Licensed Practitioner, I hardly have time to be in the malls, I have never ever encountered a company like this. After all the fees and demands for money, I will have paid for the merchandise that I've sent back to them. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!

Well let's start with seems like all of yalls products come from someone else . In which I could have got cheaper. I mean yall even got one of my items from Amazon and had it delivered by Amazon. Second one of me items was broken when I received it and didn't come with any instructions. And even though it was broken since it was a small part . I decided to install on my truck . And then the amber lights didn't work . So I email yalls support team . I believe it was David I recieved a email from . Read more like a A.I response. So I got offered a $40.00 refund or I could send the items back for a total refund. That was good enough for me and will not work. So I emailed back explaining how I broke my grill while removing it from the truck and couldn't and wouldn't ride around with no grill on my truck . So I countered offer for a refund of half the total of the grill . And then yall want to send instructions on how to install stall the grill. Makes me feel like yall thing I don't know how to wire lights up. Oh and it was late being delivered.

I like the style of the headlights with halos that I bought. I really like that it comes with fog light halos.

Products, product marketing, Reviews for products all great. I'd give 5 star if there were install videos on all the products (one of my selections had no reviews or install so I hope I won't regret...)

I bought my lights on the 27th it’s now the 30th and still have absolutely no update on shipping tryed e-Mailing still no response from them 🥴 Maybe there closed for the Holidays 🤭 Didn’t realize they where coming from China shipping is super Slow plan on Several Weeks to get them 🥴it’s Now Saturday the 10 of January I finally got my Lights this Morning it took about 15 minutes to Install WOW what a Deference no more Bug Eyes and they Work and Look Great HAPPY JEEPER 😎😎😎🦆

Absolutely the worst customer service I bought a product from them that doesn’t work. I called them. I emailed them. I even did their chat and nobody responded several times close to 15 times and then on the 15th text I got an email with a phone number. I then called and nobody answered over and over and over and eventually on the ninth time somebody answered the phone at that time. They said they would send an email to some staff member and that that person would contact me and nobody ever contacted me. I still have a broken light bar for the rear license plate light unbelievable

Lights were easy to install and look great!

Delivery was fine - should warn customers that assembly is difficult and should be done by a professional. Gave this to my grandson for Christmas and my son was overwhelmed - did not want to do this on their new Bronco themselves.

The items I purchased came with no instructions and when I reached out the LED for support I got nothing. I searched Youtube for video help and also found nothing. I went ahead and attempted to complete my install and i must have pulled the wrong fuse or something. Now my check engine light is now on and the 4-runner went into limp mode. After numerous attempts to find the issue I had to have the 4-runner towed into the shop where it sits now. I hope I get it back for less than $1000.

It has been 9 days since fog lamps were ordered. Invoice stated 5-7 day time frame, and I have not even gotten an item shipped notice yet, but my credit card invoice shows I have been billed. Where are my lights?
I have sent an e-mail with order #LFM120391 and contact information and received no reply. I tried calling the listed phone number during listed service hours and received prompt that said I am out of service hours. What else can be done to solve this problem. My next step is going to try to cancel the order and get my lights from a company that delivers.
Gave up. I have sent e-mails with the information. I have tried calling 3 different times during posted hours and have been told to call back during open hours. I tried opening a chat on their help line with no response. I'm DONE. I left a message cancelling my order and notified my credit card company to dispute and cancel the charge. I will not nor do I recommend anyone to do business with this company.

Poor customer service. I have been trying to call and email them due to issues with the installation, high beams turning on and off, missing parts, and broken parts. I’ve asked to be contacted and refunded. Nobody from LED Factory Mart is answering at all or helping. They claim to be based in California, but they are actually in China. I should have gone elsewhere. I am currently disputing the charges with my bank since they will not help

Company I know that Christmas is involved in shipping time but Here it is the the 27 th And I don't even have a shipping tracking number or any other information on when I can expect delivery

I haven't received item yet but am excited.

My first order was delayed because the mounts came from China. Now my second order, the mounts arrived on time but the lights themselves haven't even shipped yet. It's a quality product but the handling could use a lot of improvement.

I had an issue with my order and David Matthews took care of the issue very quickly. Customer service was top notch as well as their products.

I called to speak to a rep and got a voice mail. I couldn't leave a message. They called me back based on the missed call alone. A couple later I was in touch with a rep thru email and had all my questions answered promptly.
