You have a nice product, that is good quality and vfm.
The website stated next day delivery. But it took 4 days.
Not a big deal normally, but this was a birthday gift, and the suggested delivery timescale wasn't achieved.

I was told it would arrive 2 days later & it still hasn't arrived 5 days later on 5th November.

We were sorry to hear about your delivery being an issue. As your order was placed on a Thurday Evening it was despatched on the friday making Monday the earliest delivery which was the 6th. Unfortunately this was the earliest delivery possible from the receipt of your order. We hope you enjoyed the French Cidre once it arrived.
