Ordered on Wednesday hoping it would be dispatched that day - but not dispatched until Thursday, so I assumed I would receive on Saturday but no! APC overnight should change their name!! Only received this morning, Tuesday!
No issue with Le Bon Vin whatsoever, but a bad courier can lose you business!!!
I am aware that I missed cut off for dispatch, absolutely my fault but there was no reason for no Saturday delivery. It was for my birthday....not to worry 😂

Sorry to hear of your issue with the delivery. For all orders placed before 2pm we can despatch the same day on a next working day service. As your order was placed after the deadline we were unable to get it on the carrier the same day and due to the Easter bank holiday the next working day from a Thursday despatch is the Tuesday. It was unfortunately the quickest delivery possible for the time but we perhaps should have done more by contacting you and explaining this would be the case. We hope you enjoy your purchase even though it was a little later than you were expecting.
