"In allen Regionen berechnen wir den Treibstoff nach der Anzahl der Stunden, die der Motor des Bootes gelaufen ist. Zu Reiseantritt werden Sie darüber informiert, wie hoch der Stundensatz für die Nutzungsdauer während Ihres Bootsurlaubs sein wird."
Böse Falle wenn man lange Strecken fährt. Wer der Meinung ist mit dem tatsächlichen Dieselverbrauch wäre alles abgegolten wird sein blaues Wunder erleben. Auf die Höhe des Stundensatzes wurde bei Übergabe nicht hingewiesen.

vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Der Betriebstundensatz wird beim Check‑in mitgeteilt, da darauf das Deposit basiert. Wir weisen darauf sowohl auf unserer Webseite als auch in der Buchungsbestätigung hin – insbesondere in Absatz 5b der AGB.
Es tut uns leid, wenn dies bei der Übergabe nicht klar genug kommuniziert wurde. Ihr Feedback hilft uns, den Prozess weiter zu verbessern.

Be Aware that this company is only after your money !
Be Aware that this company is not empathetic and only out for your money. You can find multiple reviews stating this same thing. So, i paid them a $2500 deposit 6 months ago. Recently, one of the people in our group broke their hip, so I told Leboat we had to cancel. I received an email that the cancellation policy is 90 days and this was day 89 (unbelievable). So, I actually owed them another non-refundable $2500. Also, no I could not change the dates. Very Heartless, even if this is their policy. I had to prove that I had sent 2 prior emails on day 92 and 91 to cancel. They agreed to this so I was only out the initial $2500. Again, in 30 years of traveling, I have never worked with an agency so unforgiving and greedy. Buyer Beware !!
