Waste of our time & businesses money...

Zero genuine results from our trade business targeting NSW, VIC & Western Australia a few months ago hopeful for some genuine qualified appointments and ended up being just a total nightmare of an experience after signing the agreement to paying the first batch of leads it all went downhill..

After some time using the services of LeadsHQ I am sorry to say that my experience has been disappointing, to say the least. It is with regret that I am left with no choice but to share my frustrations and offer an honest review that may help future potential clients make an informed decision.

One of my primary concerns revolves around the quality of the leads provided by LeadsHQ Despite their assurances of "high-quality, vetted leads," my team and I were inundated with leads that were largely unresponsive, inaccurately targeted, or worse, completely irrelevant. The amount of time spent chasing these leads and trying to convert them was detrimental to our productivity and morale.

Furthermore, LeadsHQ customer service left a lot to be desired. On multiple occasions, it was challenging to get through to a representative. When we did manage to get through, responses were often vague and non-committal, providing little to no resolution for our issues. This lack of support was not only unprofessional but also caused further frustration.

Overall, despite the potential benefits that were advertised, the value for money that LeadsHQ provided simply did not match up to its promises. The cost was high considering the poor quality of the leads and lack of customer support.

Overall, my experience and review of LeadsHQ is a disappointing one. In the competitive space of lead generation, I believe there are better options out there. I would advise any business looking for a reliable lead generation partner to consider alternative services that provide real value for money.
