Disappointing
Good initial communication when I made an enquiry.
Didn't respond to email or text when, after three days, I had no dispatch update....said her phone was switched off. Claimed the item had been returned to sender and she didn't have a replacement in stock. I was very disappointed. Thankfully I received my refund promptly.

Great item, need more communication on order updates
Great item, just what I needed. Did suggest that they share more information on the dispatch and delivery side as I had no updates or reply to my email to them once the order was made and was worried that I was not going to receive my Item. However it did arrive and I am happy.

Very expensive pet lotion never received
I ordered a very expensive lotion for my dog that I have never received. I tried contacting the company the company to enquire where my order was and heard nothing back until I started a claim with PayPal to get my money back. They then provided shipping information that said it’s been delivered somewhere. The way the company handled the situation was extremely poor! No communication, no apology and no attempts to try to sort the issue with the shipping company. I won’t be ordering from them again and please be aware!
