The parcel has not arrived. I am awaiting a response from customer service and I guess that will determine if I would recommend this company again.

This purchase was on the back of previous purchases, the quality is incredibly robust. So easy to deal with these guys, website is great and simple. Would definitely recommend, from a very satisfied customer.

I ordered the Figure of Eight dog lead which arrived within a few days. I'm pleased with the quality and colour, and my terrier/lurcher cross seems to find it comfortable. It's sturdy and as it has a metal piece to help you form the 8 shape, it's easy to use.

I am super pleased with the dog bed purchased, worth every penny.

I ordered various ruffwear items; on arrival I realised that they wouldn’t suit my needs. Sometimes seeing them in the flesh makes you change your mind. (Nothing wrong with the items).

I emailed laura, she was very responsive, advising me to return and would exchange upon receipt.

Without asking, a partial refund was applied, and new items were sent.

Only thing was I didn’t get a dispatch email, but when I asked, she responded straight away. In fact her response has been fantastic to all my queries.

Ruffwear day pack arrived today - looks fab - can’t wait to try it 😄

Quick response appreciated. Having not received my lead I felt compelled to only give one star but am impressed at speed of response to my review from Leading Dog informing me that replacement is on its way with a different courier. I will review the product once it has arrived.

Very happy with these well made leads, removing the need for a separate collar (which in the case of our spaniels was always smelly and needing a wash...).

Ordered a Ruffwear dog raincoat, wrong colour sent but Laura was quick to respond with a return label and send out a replacement which arrived today, thank you.

Received a text saying that the person had emailed twice - I hadn’t received these (I had received the confirmation email). The company did not now have the dog coat in the size that I had ordered and paid for. Got sent a size bigger. Does not fit and have now ended up with a very expensive dog towel. I won’t order from this company again

Quick delivery, changed the product colour as soon as I realised I’d ordered the wrong one! All sorted before dispatch so saved me some hassle returns it! Great product and works a treat! Easy to put on the dog which has always been the case with other similar leads

Delivery from Evri could have been better - given three different delivery dates.

Ordered a lead 12 days ago, never arrived. Have messaged twice but heard nothing. Have checked my spam, nothing.

Edit: responses from seller below. Clearly they care about their reputation as my review was responded to and contact has been made. I see the problem is with Royal Mail, but the tracking I was sent was for Evri, so not sure how that works. Im sure the products are excellent but sadly the one I ordered is now out of stock, I was sent a list of alternatives but as I have bought and received an alternative product from a different company I have opted for a refund.

Edit 2. Seller has contacted me again to say I have my refund but is very upset by my review.

My original review stating that they clearly care about reputation was meant in a positive way to reassure other buyers that maybe this was a one off but seller made their own mind up about what it meant and let me know. Clearly very passionate about reputation as, to her credit, hasn’t stopped responding since the review, and also admitted missing my first contact (see first response).

I’ve never experienced customer service like it.

I am really impressed with Ivor’s engraved tag. Quality and prices 5* ordering very easy with just an email to confirm lettering. I dropped a star purely on delivery, although this was due to the Royal Mail strike. But I received a request for feedback before I had received delivery!

I placed an order with leadingdog, unfortunately due to other circumstances we had to cancel the order at short notice. leadingdog acted straight away and were able to retrieve the article from their courier and give us a full refund very quickly.
Great service.
